Well, I don't know if they were fired, but none of the old crew is there anymore. That's unfortunate, because they used to do an outstanding finishing job! My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. Of course the manager takes no responsibility for this! Won't be back!

I went through the thing and it gave me a basic car wash so I had to go through the cashier and tell them that I paid for a premium car wash and that I only got a basic so they put me through the car wash again. At the end of the car wash, my car was still filthy. I had to take my car to a manual car wash to wash all the bugs and everything off of my car car my wheels and tires after I spent 10 more dollars at the manual car wash I went back to the automatic car wash to ask them if I could please get another car wash so that my car not be spotted. They told me no and I would have to pay for another car wash. I said well your car wash did not clean my car and I had to go and pay more money car wash to get my car clean, he said he would not assist me with a car wash even though I paid premium car wash that did not clean my car and I would have to again. I think this is crappy and they should be able to clean your car and if not, you should be able to go through again. And I don't understand why my car went through the car wash as a basic when I paid $20 so I shouldn't have even had to go through a second time because it literally took like 30 seconds to a basic. In the search for the "Perfect" car I ended up exchanging calls, emails, and texts with nearly 20 dealerships from Florida to Colorado. I feel very fortunate that my search landed me with not just a return call, text, or email... but a return VIDEO directly from Randy with a walk around of the exact Expedition we were looking for and a demo of some of its cool features as well as his contact information to follow up with. Well, not only did Randy have the exact car we wanted at the best price I found after getting many dealer offers... they got me 0% financing and he delivered the car to me on a Sunday with a smile!!! The entire sales process with Randy and Auffenberg Ford was fantastic. If you are the kind of person that usually gets anxiety from the whole car buying experience, do yourself a huge favor and give Randy at Auffenberg a car. He's the guy that you would feel confident to send your mom to if she needed a car. Thank you Randy and team for everything and I may have to give you a call about a Bronco next year. ;)

They are terrible at explaining the warranty and financial information, they rush you through your process, even though I was there all day waiting for them to finish. I spent more time waiting in a seat than I did talking to my salesperson. They pressure you into a warranty and snuck additional costs into my final price. When I brought it up, they told me I don't have to buy the car. They do all the stereotypical slimy dealership practices. They didn't even give me all of my warranty paperwork... I had to call another Auffenberg dealership to have it emailed to me. My salesperson quit responding after I asked him to send me my warranty information several times. Not only that, they promise you that the extended warranty takes care of "everything" on the car and when you read the fine print, that is a complete lie. I felt misled and scammed when it came to financing and purchasing the warranty. I don't regret the car (because it's not a Ford), but I do regret doing business with this shady dealership. Do yourself a favor: avoid this dump and the terrible customer service they provide.
