Well, I don't know if they were fired, but none of the old crew is there anymore. That's unfortunate, because they used to do an outstanding finishing job! My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. I went through the thing and it gave me a basic car wash so I had to go through the cashier and tell them that I paid for a premium car wash and that I only got a basic so they put me through the car wash again. At the end of the car wash, my car was still filthy. I had to take my car to a manual car wash to wash all the bugs and everything off of my car car my wheels and tires after I spent 10 more dollars at the manual car wash I went back to the automatic car wash to ask them if I could please get another car wash so that my car not be spotted. They told me no and I would have to pay for another car wash. I said well your car wash did not clean my car and I had to go and pay more money car wash to get my car clean, he said he would not assist me with a car wash even though I paid premium car wash that did not clean my car and I would have to again. I think this is crappy and they should be able to clean your car and if not, you should be able to go through again. And I don't understand why my car went through the car wash as a basic when I paid $20 so I shouldn't have even had to go through a second time because it literally took like 30 seconds to a basic. They are passionate about every detail. I apologized when they arrived because our cars were dirty .. we have pets and have neglected our cars. I questioned about the rush. Found out, they didn't even vacuum the trunk. Also had a spit on my windshield that's still there. No freshener was applied. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but was not even damp. I stopped by the Maryland heights location to co n plain. It's not that I wanted a redo of the service, but complete what they didn't do. Instead of taking care of me right there, they wanted me to come back next week. Not sure why they just couldnt pull someone to take of my problems. I guess your not paying full price, with a groupon, you get half ass service.​​​
