There was a small issue with a sensor that they took care of quickly and completely. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so they saved me a trip by setting me up with a repair shop close to home who took care of the problem. I recall reading a generally negative review on another site where the customer complained that the company seemed a little too laid back and its employees seemed to be more interested in watching a soccer match on television than selling cars. For me, that was a plus, not a minus. Unlike visits to other car dealerships where it seems as if the sales rep is always trying to convince me that I am his/her new best friend, Leo and the folks at Priceline are not those phony, cookie cutter car sales reps, but just decent people trying to do a good job for their customers. I think that they realize that they won't make every sale but that if they treat their customers and would-be customers properly, they will come out far ahead in the long run. These are the type of people that I enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend!

Back in my college days i purchased a used station wagon here, and it was only 8 years old at the time. i forget how i found out about this place, but i got approved for a bank loan and came here to test drive this wagon. the owner told me that it was a great car and that someone just had it out a few hours earlier for a test drive. then he opened the door and got attacked by a wasp that had a nest inside. it was an omen. i ended up buying the car anyways and just had problem after problem with it, mostly electrical. after i bought it i noticed that the front hood was a slightly different color than the rest of the car, and then i noticed that the wiring seemed pretty iffy, and so i concluded that it had been in an accident before and this place fixed it up and sold it cheap. i'll admit, the price seemed great, but 2 years into my 4 year loan the car finally broke down one day. i had it towed to my mechanic and they said that there were so many little things wrong with the engine that it would be better to just replace the whole engine (and i trust my mechanic, the shop i go to isn't out to rip people off). also the owner isn't reliable with the paper work. he had issues faxing paperwork to my bank and then when the title was ready he never mailed it to me or called me to pick it up, i had to go down there myself and ask what was up with it. bottom line is that this place is sketchy and unreliable, DON'T TRUST THE LOW PRICES!!

This is a small used car dealer/repair shop in vestal NY. They have maybe 25 cars on the lot,…read moremostly 3-5 years old. Their webpage was up to date and spot on with the photos, descriptions and the asking prices were the same as the prices given in person. The best part of it was their site was up to date with their stock, a big problem for most of the car dealers I have dealt with over the years. Richard (son of Carlo, who I also met briefly) was very thorough in his presentation of the car, both in it's history, all the work they did to it to ready it for sale (he showed me the invoices!) I am a licensed auto appraiser, and as an occupational hazard I pick out flaws in any cars fit and finish. Richard was telling them to me even before I pointed them out. I've never had a dealer be so honest and up front about a vehicle they were trying to sell. He allowed my wife and I to take a lengthy test drive...by ourselves...so we could put the car through it's paces. He even recommended a place we could each lunch, as we were not from the area. I am an educated buyer, I knew exactly what I wanted and what a fair price would be. The actual negotiation was easy, I made a fair offer and he accepted it. No BS, no tricks, nothing other than "that's fair, I can do that" I've bought a ton of cars in my life, both new and used. This was by far the best purchase experience that I have ever had. I've had the car for just about a month now, had zero issues with it and I could not be happier with the experience. The next time I go shopping, they will be first on my list.

I recently went through a very stressful situation where my EV6 ended up non-drivable due to a warranty-related issue. I was effectively stranded with no way to get to my vehicle or to the loaner that was already set aside for me. It was one of those situations where you feel completely stuck and unsure how you're going to get back to your normal life. The GM and Service Manager stepped in personally, listened to what was happening, and took ownership of the situation. They didn't make excuses, they didn't pass me around, and they didn't leave me waiting endlessly. They got directly involved -- communicating with the right people, coordinating transportation, and making sure I had access to a vehicle again as soon as possible. They handled everything professionally, calmly, and with actual care for what I was dealing with. This place SHOULD NEVER EVER be used as a mechanic shop -- EVER…read more I've been dealing with this dealership for over a year, and what I experienced is beyond unacceptable. For a whole year, I requested tire rotations, and every single time they refused and told me I "didn't need it." Then after a full year they suddenly said, "OMG how come you never did a tire rotation?" Wow. Just unbelievable. This place lied to me, wasted my time, and TOOK MY MONEY. The service manager said he would "look into who made the mistake," and of course he never took any action. I paid $1,500 for Toyota brakes and rotors that lasted only 25,000 miles. I have NEVER had brakes in my life fail before even 30,000 miles. My previous brakes lasted 40,000 miles every single time. When I brought this up, all I got was nonsense excuses, zero help, and zero responsibility. This service department is only known for taking your money and pushing services you don't need. They will talk to you with zero respect and try to charge you thousands for things you don't need. I'm WARNING everyone: STAY AWAY from this service department if you care about your money and your car. As a loyal customer, I trusted them -- until I saw the game they're playing. This experience was a straight-up scam in my opinion and completely unacceptable. I will also be contacting Toyota corporate about this.
