I used the vacuum prior. It was Grossness! Being carwash employees it would be a given that one worker would check the vacuum areas & property in general. This would equate picking up after others. Unfortunately people who use the vaccums are obviously Trashy & don't g-a-s;). They have access to trash bins which are conveniently located in the middle of 2 vaccums. It's obvious that many custoners can't seem to put their junk in those big round things that include a trash bag aka bins for trash:(. It's nasty to walk through muck, mire add wrappers, butts, pens, & nasty bits in the surrounding areas. Maybe these guys are not paid a reasonable wage. I believe all workers be paid a fair wage to live with a degree of certainty & security!! It could be the reason why (?) workers are not cheerful. I went up the road a piece & made a change. I'll keep you posted. I'm hopeful they'll notice a regular customer who is friendly, tip$$ & smiles when a regular customer goes through the car wash.

The black trim was oxidized and splotchy and Owen cleaned it to a nice black matte once again. There were a couple of areas that were overlooked and not wiped down, like the glove compartment, the interior trim under the doors and and the drivers' side interior windshield had splatters on it from the dash cleaner but those few things were easily cleaned off. These were small things and the overall job was very well done, especially the dash detail work and the carpeting/mats and we really appreciated his high quality work on our vehicle.
