Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.

Went to the office and told the attendant I had just spent five dollars for a rinse job, nothing worked properly in the bay. He just reached into the till and handed me a five dollar bill while remarking "Sounds about right." I said it sounds like you don't intend to fix this, and he replied "You got it." I suggested he perform a nearly impossible act on himself, took the five, and walked out of the office. He followed me out challenging me to a fight. He looked to be in his 20's or early 30's and about 6' tall. I'm 78. Takes real courage to fight an old man. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
