Buyer beware!! I have never experienced anything like this. These people try to approve you for a loan before you even have a chance to look at the vehicles. I spent 45 min with one of the sales associates. He even asked for my pay stubs which should be illegal. No legitament car dealer ship does such a thing. None of the cars have prices or specs displayed on the windows. I brought a friend who is a mechanic. He walked around to check out potential cars and was appaled about the cover ups he discovered. Started out great. Sales person was polite. Once we decided to purchase, the cost of the vehicle went up by $800 over the sticker price displayed on the car. The manager took over an HOUR to get to the dealership while we waited to complete the deal. She would not budge on the additional $800 over the sticker. We had cash in hand, did not need to finance, but it didn't matter. She was a royal bitch and should take lessons from the salesman's dog for learning how to deal fairly and honestly with her customers. In addition we were called and texted that evening asking if we had taken the keys when we test drove the car because they couldn't find them. Are you kidding me? They will suck you in. But beware they have unsafe cars with hidden frame issues and cars which will be needing major repairs in the next 12 months. The worst though is how they try and screw you on pricing. I would say run, but I have yet to find a used car lot that isn't as or more dishonest than these guys. We are not buying there, but if you decide to, have an honest (not one they use) mechanic check it out including the underside up on a frame. And make them stick to the price they gave you because if you are not careful they will be charging you $3000 more than the price they quoted. read more

Girard, Kelly, Quinn are all liars. Dont believe them about guarantor program. It doesn't exist. You will find out that even if you make all the payments, the "guarantor" owns vehicle, not you. ​ I was asked by Quinn to be a friend's "guarantor". That the program was for 6 months and then my name would come off as long as friend made car payments on time. Every payment was made on time but she still can't have loan in her name till she takes care of things on credit report. It's been 1 year now and not only am I still on loan because she is unable to refinance on her own, but when I asked Girard for copies of the documents I signed, I am sent paperwork that has an electronic signature. But I signed papers in person. Where are those? And what right does Kelly have to say i am uneducated because I am not happy having someone else's car payment on my credit and as a liability on me. All because I was assured by dealership I would be off loan by now. I had plans for my life that I can't do because I owe the money for the monthly payment even tho I am not the one driving the vehicle or the one making payments. But I am listed as buyer 1 on vehicle. Not the person with the car and who is also making the payment. Dealership doesn't care how bad they screw with people's lives. Make it all sound great. Then you find out the truth. You got conned and your life is now on hold, at the mercy of others. read more

I hate the fact that I even have to give a star to leave a review. This place deserves nothing. The Customer Service at this place is HORRIBLE! We are in search of a truck and we saw one on the website and called to inquire about it. We were transferred back and forth from this location to another location 3 times and when we got to speak with Kenneth, the supposed "Manager" of this place from what I am reading, he asked if we wanted help or if we just wanted to "bitch" about the process?! WTF?! We were immediately dumbfounded and taken aback and then on top of that, we got hung up on like we were the problem. And then the issues continued when my wife posted a "Do not recommend" review on the page, we then got to speak with Krys, a salesperson, who was also a joke and treated us with disrespect. I've been in Customer Service for many years and this is just not acceptable. The attitude and the disrespect that oozes from this "dealership" (I'm even hesitant to call it that) is one that I've never experienced before and it seems to all be stemming from the top. It's no wonder that the people that work here are so arrogant, look at their leadership! Also, you would think that since COVID-19 hit, you would want people to come through your doors as we all know that business has slowed down for everyone. This company sent out a very deceptive advertising flyer with a pull tab card which indicated that I won $5,000. I thought it was too good to be true but I called the confirmation line and an automated message congratulated me for winning and then I called the dealership to confirm and then invited me in to come claim the cash. I confirmed that it wasn't a scam and they said yes. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to go and was greeted by a salesman who immediately got rude and argumentative when I expressed frustration that I had not won and that they were being deceptive. Another deceptive flyer sent in October 2022. It makes it appear that you won a TV. They have gone out of their way to twist the words on this one. It says that you "Win" and then right next to it lists the Prizes. But if you read carefully, it says "order of winning symbols does not match order of winning prizes.". So even though the winning symbols and the "prize" are on the same row, it does not mean you won the prize on that row. It has a number to call to verify that you "won", it when you call, it never tells you WHAT YOU WON. Spoiler alert: you won some cheap knockoff earbuds or a $5 Walmart gift card. Very pushy- very unprofessional- went to see about getting a company truck for my business promised me everything under the sun and guaranteed I'd get approved and when I needed to think about it I seem to have aggravated them. Non stop calling even to the extent of calling my partner whom had nothing to do with this and also ran her credit and mine when we hadn't even gotten to that point yet. I didn't even know they ran my credit or my partners until I received a notice from my credit score of an inquiry and my partner. Went to look at some vehicles today with my fiancé - was told to take a look around and so on, all vehicles were locked - that's fine but don't tell me to look around when you can't even sit in the damn thing. Was very pushy when I was upfront and said I had no money. Trying to convince me to finance and so on. Only $20,000 down! And low payments of 500 a month. No thanks. I'll take out business elsewhere. I almost think winners circle in tilton has them by the balls on sales and they suck. I will not be back. after giving them all my information and telling them what I could afford ( I'm on a fixed income) no more than 300.00 per month and that my credit was extremely bad. I get a call from them maybe 2 weeks later saying that I have been approved for a loan. So my daughter and I getbin her car and drive over to Chichester NH which is over an hour away from Dover NH. When we get there we are told that the information given to them before is to old and they need it again. I ask what happened to the loan I was approved for.... got no answer from Will. Was also told by Will that I would need my daughter to cosign the loan for me at this time. After 4 hours we were invited to start looking at vehicles. 1st offer a 2024 Ford Ecoboost. now I'm not a rocket scientist, however I know that is not in my price range and also it's 2023 if somebody traded a 2024 there's something wrong with it. I was basically told at that time that I was being unreasonable with what I wanted. I reminded him that they were the ones that called me and said I was pre-approved. There was a nice looking f150 listed online. We called to try get a price we were told that the prices often vary but that they will beat any similar truck by a $1000. We insisted on getting a ballpark price before we drove over an hour away, they gave us somewhat of a ballpark which was in our price range. So we called them before we headed up, they said they'd have the truck ready for us to see and take for a ride. Well we arrive there, we see the truck out front. It already looks a bit more beat up than we expected. There is a sales guy outside, we speak with him, he is very pleasant and we ask to take the car for a ride. He collects the drivers license and goes inside. A minute later a guy name Maverick comes out, without the keys of course. He tells us 'You cannot take the truck for a test drive, first we need to file a credit application and check your credit'. We told him we wont have our credit checked if we can't see the inside of the truck or actually test drive it. He says 'well the vehicle is not important, we need to check how much you can afford before we let you look at vehicles' We once again tell him we don't want our credit run, as it does not make any sense. We reassure him that we can afford similar trucks and that without testing it we won't move forward with a credit application. He then says 'Well we do business differently, we get the credit report and then move on, so whenever you're ready to fill out the credit application you come out back' and he WALKED AWAY FROM US! WALKED AWAY!! We certainly left the second he did that and drove to the previous car dealer where they were pleasant to their customers and we had already loved a truck that we could test drive and bought it. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TO SUCH RUDE AND DISHONEST BUSINESS! They thrive on people who are desperate to get a vehicle; id guess people who do not know much about finances and god only knows what they'll even charge to get a vehicle through them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY.. I went there a few days ago to look at a jeep that i saw online and was very highly interested in. so of course i went thru the whole process of credit app and was told i was approved for no money down which is what i wanted put a down payment to hold the jeep of 200 which i was ok with becuase it was refundable fast forward to the next day they called and said yes i have a bank for approval i said great etc they then told me it would be a couple more days becayse they had to put another part into the car. right there i was excited that i found a dealership that was honest and trustworthy and thought to my self they really care the next day they called ans asled for 10k down to make the approval work i said no you told us we were approved for no money down etc. asked for my money back he told me he can get me approved on a car for 500 down not what i wanted etc. i went somewhere else and they called me 20 times trying to put me in something i do not want and will not refund money contacted the bbb and atternty general. The next time, someone didn't" "know where the truck was", so he transferred me to the other location. Ok, sounds reasonable. Then after speaking with a woman, she said I don't know, I'll transfer you back to the other location. So now I'm feeling like a ping pong ball. So then "Kenneth" answered, and he then tried to transfer me BACK!! I let him know from a customer service standpoint, I felt a little weary about why there was no price and how I felt being transferred back and forth with no straight answer. He then asked if I wanted help or just wanted to "bitch". He refused to help me with the price of the truck...and then...hung up on me!! I am appalled at the lack of customer service skills, sexism, and lack of professionalism from this dealership.
