He agreed to install all genuine OEM dealer parts. He drained transmission fluid, and I was very thankful he did because previous dealer services they did not replace ATF filter. Another thing that I like, he was willing to take photos when everything was disassembled so I could see how much wear it was around the engine. Lastly, I asked him to save old parts. He came to my house and looked at my car and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the issue. He did charge me to come look because that's part of the cost. We agreed on a time, and he showed up when he said he'd be there and my car was fixed for the price he had told me. I had major oil leaks and needed my car to be fixed! Since then he's done cv axle, ball joints, brakes, starter, and alternator. So far I haven't had any problem he couldn't fix. And did I mention he shows up when he says he will? No leaving my car somewhere for hours or even longer waiting til someone "gets around to it" He's not cheap, but he is professional, and that's worth every dime to me.

It was because of the burnt harness that I was having problems with my ac and heat. They fixed the harness and said they checked the resistor. They then proceeded to say it was the control module and display module for my ford. They charged me 270, to fix nothing by the way, claiming they diagnosed it and fixed the harness. Now let's fast forward to now. I have my ac and heat fixed but the person how fixed it, didn't need the control module that i already bought for the car that upstate auto electric said I needed. The person fixed my ac and heat because the wiring was wrong and the resistor was blown by UPSTATE AUTO ELECTRIC( the professionals by the way). Save your money so u don't get scammed. Finally, the next day, I got someone named Alex who made up some totally fabricated conversation with me from previous day. Absolutely crazy, shocking: I honestly never spoke to this guy, and I do have a witness who was with me entire day!!! I had another tow truck remove my car from Barnett's. There is something seriously not right going on there...just beware!!!!
