I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Travis and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to put our vehicle on the lift and show us in detail all of the items needing attention on our classic Porsche 944. I don't feel one oz of that when I come here. I believe I've been here twice already for pretty much the important fluid change, gear/transmission, etc done. Reason is they have a combo of fluid to get rid of the crappy harsh grinding when I shift from 2nd-3rd gear. I also had my cmc replaced here. I believe I got the maperformance one, and they replaced it like in 4-5hrs I think. No more brake fluid leak... one thing I wish they would have done was grease the clutch pedal.... I took my car to have a flat tire replaced. Reception was fine and I was asked to pay in advance…read more New tire was ordered and promised for 4pm the next day. But no new tire when I came back. New tire did not arrive until Tuesday morning. I brought my car back at 1 pm for a 2 pm appointment. After the spare had been removed I was informed that the sensor had to be replaced and recalibrated. When I Pre-Paid the day before, I had not been informed that this might be necessary although it apparently is a common situation with damaged tires! I ended up having to spend an additional $197!!! as well as 2 hours 45 minutes of my life that I'll never get back!! I was given 2 business cards worth 2 "free oil changes" and a couple of apologies. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire transaction. I have used this company before but I won't be doing so in the future.
