I called Friday about a chipped windshield on my vehicle and was able to get it fixed today (Monday) The woman on the phone was very patient and helpful booking the appointment. I woke up to a busted driver window on Memorial Day 2021 after staying at a family member's house overnight. I called Dave at Auto One Tuesday morning, he got me in at like 12:30pm. Dave was very accommodating. I have been working in healthcare 12 hours a day 6 days a week. I was given a fix it ticket for my windshield back in April. I was lucky to get out of work early Friday 6/26/20 because my car broke down that morning. Repair was fixed and I called at 2.15 to see if I could get my windshield fixed. Eventhough they were closing at 4, Dave still accommodated me and gave me the best customer service possible. So rare to find. These guys took great, prompt care of me and my Jeep. After breaking my windshield I frantically called around the area. These guys were the only ones who answered the phone with a real human, and who wasn't a call center worker. The only ones who gave a no nonsense, competitive quote for my vehicle, and David, whom I dealt with, was really great and friendly to do business with. They were able to get me in on the same day as my call and had my vehicle done before 4pm (YMMV based on their workload and drop-off time). After Henderson Glass screwed me over, I called Auto One. Their price was much better, and they could fix my car right away. We took it up there and found the technician to be knowledgeable and friendly. They started working on my car right away and had it finished in less than an hour, but we still had to let it sit for about another 45 min for the adhesive to cure a bit. The workers are busier than a one legged man in a butt kickin contest, but they still manage to make you feel like yours is the most important. The shop is a short walk away from a strip mall that has a coffee shop in it, so your wait won't be too bad. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired. read more

I needed a alarm. I called around looking for someone to install on a Saturday. I called Mickey schorr, car tunes, and a place called wow. They either didn't answer the phone charged way to much or couldn't get the job done as fast as I needed. I stumbled on auto one called them spoke to Paul. Paul was able to fit me in early Saturday and finished the job in 2 HR. Paul even had extra knowledge of services that he may not have been able to provide himself but he pointed me in great directions. If your looking for quality craftsmanship for a reasonable price give Paul a call. If he can't do it he can definitely find someone who can. Great guy and shop. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because Paul didn't program the extra alarm features. But I did that later that evening. read more
