Super nice guys, very good about communicating to me (and I observed other customers being checked in with, too) about what our expected wait time was and costs. Also, they were $100 cheaper than the two chain auto glass shops I talked to - who couldn't even fit me in on the same day. (Bonus - TV in the waiting area was on some quality educational Saturday Morning TV, so we were all getting our learn on a bit, too.) Clear with post-install instructions. I have…read morea brand new 2022 Jeep wrangler and I wanted a simple speaker install with no wires showing because I will be off roading. Had to buy multiple products on my own because they didn't have anything in stock. Had to bring my own supplies. I wanted an amp, sub and new speakers all around with 2 tower speakers on the sides that i had already mounted for the and did the wiring where I wanted it to go to the amp. After taking the jeep there to get it done the sound system sounded like shit and said i needed another mono amp and blah blah blah after confirming they could do it with the 8 channel amp I had - After the install i see that they had pulled the wires out where I had them and wired them so I could see them (which i specifically said i didnt want). Said they couldn't do it the way I wanted. Also - had to take my jeep back there multiple different times and try to race around to find parts. Not cool. bad customer service and Horrible installation. Right now Im taking apart my jeep to rewire it the way i wanted (they offered to do it after I kept complaining but I already had enough of their crap) the install is completely terrible and messy. wires everywhere - wire clippings everywhere. Also the rewiring is possible down the side of the plastic. you just didnt want to spend time on it. Very disappointed in everything I will post every picture - also they screwed me over on the price and said "i was getting a deal" bull shit Also they "couldnt" use the rgb controller I had purchased (and THEY ASKED ME TO buy it (they also offered to sell me one for 80$ and they are 6$ on amazon). Never Ever going here again. Steer away from this place. I want a refund. bad communication

The other 2 like this one have mainly to do with the lack of quality and customer care, so before you go here read up on what WE HAVE SHARED AND REMEMBER THAT IS WHAT THE REVIEWS ARE ALL ABOUT! Also before I paid (and I suggest you do this also) I looked over my rather pricey bill and called attention to the fact that my sales guy (Ron) had wrote 2 lines on my bill for installation: #1 Install alarm with remote starter. #2 on another line Installation of remote starter package. I would have paid the extra $200 if I had not thourghly looked over this purchase order! Real shady to me. Honest mistake or was it? write bill it. collect payment, before end of day remove it. Change the bottom line, pocket the extra $200 which balances bill??? So, I purchased to prestige alarms with remote start features for install on to vehicles. One my 1993 F150 XLT Long bed. Also my wifes 2003 F150 Xl. I also purchase a JL Audio W6v3 in a HO cabinet, a pair of pioneer 6 1/2 z series speakers and several sheets f ballistic sound mat. Close to $2000. My install on the stereo items. So my alarm and starter work fine. The wifes alarm was going off randomly. So the crew had me bring the vehicle in to have the sensitivity adjusted. I did and when we arrived back home the alarm went off in under an hour from the time we parked! We left the alarm off and the next morning (Sunday) I decided to perform a test. I set the alarm and timed it. 45 minutes to the second. Then again, and again and again. Not 44 minutes or 46 minutes but 45 minutes!.. Ron says time it again, when the alarm goes off hit the unlock button and count the number of chirps and that should be able to tell him what the problem is. Fast forward, I call Ron 'It was 4 chirps' Ok I'm a bit busy (they always are) let me get into the manual and call you back in a bit. Next day still no call. I call back and get to Ron, Oh I was just about to call you, I'm going to have to get it back here so we can diagnose and see what is going on with it. Ok so out of two trucks one alarm works and one does not. Lets switch subjects, I bring #2 in to have the alarm installed. This is my truck and I have to run my 0 gauge cable from batter to passenger compartment to run a couple of amps. With that in mind I show where I would like the hole drilled and a grommet installed for the siren feed (I intend to enlarge this hole to 1 /1/16" for a nice weather proof bushing for my cable later in the week. I inform them not to stik a knife through a rubber factory seal as they did on my wife's truck during her alarm installation. Now its time for me to begin my audio installation. The grommet they installed isn't even correctly installed in the firewall it is kind of forced in without being fully in the sheet metal correctly leaving bare steel to conductor contact! Then when I disconnect the siren I find that the ground wire they stripped literally has one strand of copper attached to the mounting self drill screw. the rest of the 18-20 gauge wire is just hanging loose! No but connectors no eye ring connector for ground just tie and tape. Why the $10 surrcharge for materials? Sorry but really sloppy including how wires are run and I have a cracked pillar trim (dont know if they did it but I don't know that they didn't and it was not noted. So over all I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unless you don't mind ZERO customer service and questionable answers from both Employee…read moreand Manager I took my car in to get repaired since multiple reviews and family members said it was great. The first interaction was fine I called and spoke to a nice woman she was helpful and gave me information I needed to get started since I had Progressive Insurance. WORD TO THE WISE *** Any collision shop will have longer times with Progressive then other companies this isn't the Collision shops fault *** Once I completed what was needed with Progressive I went in to have them look over the car and give me an estimate on completion. The employee stated 2 weeks without any hiccups I stated that was WAY quicker then Gerber Collision and Glass was (4-6 weeks+) I signed paperwork and then returned a week later to drop my car off I had 1 item I was paying for 1 item my insurance company was paying for.... Here comes the issues - During the WHOLE entire process, I only received text updates on my portion never a single time did the company call me and update me on the other portion. During the process I had to call them for updates and times when it would be complete... Never did they call and update me. - The process went from 2 weeks to 6.5 weeks of waiting. Their response was "Progressive needed to come back on site, and look it over again" I was told they have someone onsite which would imply they were working there. - I noticed my gas was running lower over the long period that I was there, I looked at the maps and it seemed that someone took my car for 11 miles to a residential neighborhood for about 30 mins. - Once I was finally told the car was ready we looked it over... There was a bunch of residue/spots on the trunk and the side panel/molding by my tire was scratched up which was not part of the original issue. When I approached the employee about these issues he took the car back and stated the following "The residue was from Maple Syrup or Pine Tree, we tried to get the scratches out but the tech ended up spraying your paint with the chemical and it burned through the paint so that needs to be fixed now" After all this I had to wait another week for the car to be fixed again - I once again had to call and request when it was ready to be picked up.. This time speaking to the manager/boss, I stated should I be good to go or will I fine more issues? "No issues you will be good" The morning I was to go I called and said I'd be picking up in several hours the manager/boss said ok I'll get it cleaned up. - Arriving to pick up 2 new issues were found since the last time I arrived (Some kind of mark on my trunk and the tail light had scuffs) Once again I had to approach the manager/boss he stated "Take it with you, we will come and get it and fix it and bring it back to you" Fast forward another week they take it back fix the issues and brought it back looking as it should no other problems were found... I spoke to the manager about my problem and this is what he said.. about the multiple issues above and the whole overall issue - "When it comes to the Progressive onsite employee he travels from one location to another and when we needed him he was also on vacation so it took longer so your time frame went from 2 weeks till were we are at right now which is a little over 1 month" - "We normally always contact our customers with updates, what I assume is your option wasn't marked with updates from Progressive only your out of pocket payment was marked in our system to contact you with updates, we normally always contact not sure what happened" - "The car was taken to our calibration shop which was out on 20 mile and something, the guys house is off of 11 and Gratiot they needed to ride the car so it can reset the sensors you have a lot" - "The residue on the trunk I'm unsure what that was, the scratches I'm not pointing fingers on who did this and I'm not calling my techs out." (This issue I went back and forth with him because he was blaming me for this that the issue came in like this, I told him you can check your photos and mine the scratches were not there at time of drop off.. after this he kept quiet) When asked with all my troubles and issues and lies I was give what can you guys do.... He came back with $50 off my bill for my troubles.... I said from the great reviews and the word of mouth on the place you cannot do anything better "Haha what you want me to do here I'm giving you money off". The next day I called to schedule the pickup he stated he knocked another $60 off (I assume he looked at the damage on my car and saw I wasn't the one) I will NEVER recommend or even offer anything to anyone that is in need of repair to go to this place. If you're not in a rush have zero interest in customer service, want to be blamed for you doing the damage after you pick it up in the parking lot the by all means go here... I should have stuck with Gerber Glass and Collusion!!
