The owner (I presume) asked me why I thought the brakes might be bad, and didn't patronize me with my answers, which I find happens a lot in mechanics shops. I was extremely pleased with how kind and professionally they treated me. They also showed me how bad my breaks were and managed get me in and out within an hour!
