I've only had state inspections and an emissions test here (no longer needing safety). The…read moreemissions test is $18.50. I've enjoyed my experience. Bonus points that it's less than 5 minutes from me. Every time I pull up, someone greets me at my window and takes care of it. I just show my vehicle insurance on my phone. I've never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for the inspections. Oil changes will take longer, of course. There's 3 bays that they work from. There are coupons on their website. There's a small waiting area while you wait. It's clean and has a TV and Keurig. There's a clear window view of them doing the work. You can also hear what's happening. I overheard some enthusiastic comments about my Crown. Haha. Thank you. I'm a Toyota person and had my previous one for 20 years. The nice guy who greeted me said he had his Camry for 311,000+ miles. Impressive. As long as I'm in the area, I'll continue to get my vehicle inspections here. Next time, I'll ask about their oil change.

I took my 4Runner in this morning for a simple oil change and let them know ahead of time that it…read morehas a heavy TRD skid plate. The employee told me, "Yeah, we deal with these all the time. We've got it." I could tell they were having trouble with it, but I trusted they knew what they were doing. When I got home, I found that they had lost one of the skid plate bolts, and another bolt was barely threaded in and wiggling. They actually let me drive away like that. That is a serious safety hazard. If the skid plate had come loose while I was driving, it could have caused significant damage or even an accident. I can't believe they would allow a customer to leave without properly securing the vehicle, especially when they claim to inspect everything. After this experience, I would not trust their "final checks," and I definitely wouldn't trust them with my vehicle. A routine oil change should not result in a dangerous situation. Terrible location.

Giving 3 starts because the service I needed was completed; however, a few things stood out…read more 1. For a state inspection, they ask you to leave your car and wait inside (maybe was done as a courtesy because of the heat), but signs say otherwise. 2. As a woman, I'd be weary about their recommendations and get a second opinion always as a rule of thumb. After my inspection they attempted to do the oil filter change, but I can do it on my own and told them so. After, they attempted to tell me that my brakes were bad and would charge me 459 per axel. When making a large purchase, I always get another opinion. I went to another shop and was told they were in perfect condition with photos provided. 3. Customer service was funny and nice, but I don't appreciate being told that a service is needed on my car without evidence. Especially such an expensive service.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done).
