I had received a quote for…read morethem a few weeks before my move, but forgot to finalize the booking; thankfully, AutoGo was able to preserve my price of $1315 for the move, despite my last-minute order. Their pickup schedule was somewhat delayed; they give a pickup range, then have the truck driver call 24 hours in advance to set a firm time to get the car in question. For me, this meant a week's delay while the driver finished other pickups in nearby states. My car was finally picked up exactly seven days after the initial estimated pickup date. The truck driver had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand on the phone, but he got as close to the pickup location as his truck size would allow. Perhaps to compensate for the delayed pickup, AutoGo got my car out to Seattle within 10 days of its being picked up (for a two- to three-week transit time estimate). They couldn't - or weren't willing to - get as close to my destination as I'd have liked, so I wound up taking an extended bus trip to their preferred garage rather than have the car brought more conveniently close to me. On delivery, the car was in excellent condition; I found no new scratches, dings, or other damage on its exterior. In addition, AutoGo let me pack about 150-200lbs worth of extra stuff in the trunk and back seat, so as to avoid paying a separate moving company extra; all that material was untouched as well. Overall, AutoGo did well on the actual transport of the car, but lacked a bit in timing, scheduling, and communication. I would recommend AutoGo for people who are both shipping a car long-distance and are willing to wait a few weeks for it to get there.

The broker was very helpful and found someone to transport the car very quickly. The driver who delivered the car was also nice and quite fast. When he came to pick up the car he marked down every little scratch. Upon delivery there was something what had come open in a bottom of the car and the driver started arguing that it was already there when he picked the car up but he had not marked it on the inspection paper. We did not want to argue and paid for fixing it. Luckily it was only 20 dollars but whatever company you choose make sure that you know what is written on the inspection paper and if there is something wrong with the car when it is delivered because of the drivers mistake then they have to pay for it. It cost 990 to ship it. I would use autogo again since they are quick and the price was lower than most of other brokers. Also they do not take any deposit from you. You only have to pay when the car is picked up.

Greg was very helpful, quoted the shortest amount of time of anyone, and worked with me to find a way to get the motorcycle to Big Sky without nearly as much hassle or sass as the other tow companies I called, also allowing me to leave earlier than I expected at that point to be able to seek medical care. He seemed to genuinely care, something I can't say for any of the other companies I called. Greg was great at communicating, fast and efficient, and very helpful. Next time I need a tow for a bike, I'll be calling him first. If you're a rider, put his number in your phone. He'll be there in your time of need. Very reasonable prices too!

I had previously booked with another company a week ago that estimated it would be 1k, but then a week later, they claimed it would take $2k to get his truck there, so I canceled. I found out that most of these brokers play games like this. Thankfully, they didn't charge my credit card yet, I will keep checking just in case. So, I turned to Yelp a few days ago. I immediately got a response from Asif with AZM Auto Shippers, and it was going to cost $1500. I then found out that this was the correct cost for this amount of travel. I needed the truck shipped within two days, so my son would have it in a week or so to drive to practices. Asif had the truck driver pick it up today as promised. The truck driver was also on time and very courteous. My son's truck should arrive in about 7 days. I know that sometimes there are delays, but I just wanted to post this review now, so in hopes that others do not get locked into fake offers from lying brokers.
