Too many things going on in my life for me to get to Colorado and pick up my new truck, Auto-Matic took care of getting my truck to me so that I could get on with my work. I have an old Land Cruiser that I have restored and I take it to car shows all over the country. Auto-Matic has transported my collectors car from Tucson to Salt Lake, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Cleveland, Denver... It's a no brainer for me. They make it so easy for me to fly in, collect the car, attend the show and ship it back. There was only once instance that Auto-Matic was unable to provide me with service. I purchased, basically a tank, in Columbus, Ohio. It was a giant M2A1 White Motors Half Track and they just didn't have a piece of equipment on which to transport that machine. They did, however, do ALL of the leg work to hire an unrelated company to get it from Columbus to Tucson. I have full trust in Auto-Matic to transport my cars wherever and however I need. I have trusted them with my collectors items as well as my new cars and I have never had an issue. I also love that they are a family owned small business that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. I wish I could give you more than five stars, Auto-Matic. I'll be calling you again real soon!

I contracted AutoGo to move a 2012 Honda Accord from Chicago to Seattle. I had received a quote for…read morethem a few weeks before my move, but forgot to finalize the booking; thankfully, AutoGo was able to preserve my price of $1315 for the move, despite my last-minute order. Their pickup schedule was somewhat delayed; they give a pickup range, then have the truck driver call 24 hours in advance to set a firm time to get the car in question. For me, this meant a week's delay while the driver finished other pickups in nearby states. My car was finally picked up exactly seven days after the initial estimated pickup date. The truck driver had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand on the phone, but he got as close to the pickup location as his truck size would allow. Perhaps to compensate for the delayed pickup, AutoGo got my car out to Seattle within 10 days of its being picked up (for a two- to three-week transit time estimate). They couldn't - or weren't willing to - get as close to my destination as I'd have liked, so I wound up taking an extended bus trip to their preferred garage rather than have the car brought more conveniently close to me. On delivery, the car was in excellent condition; I found no new scratches, dings, or other damage on its exterior. In addition, AutoGo let me pack about 150-200lbs worth of extra stuff in the trunk and back seat, so as to avoid paying a separate moving company extra; all that material was untouched as well. Overall, AutoGo did well on the actual transport of the car, but lacked a bit in timing, scheduling, and communication. I would recommend AutoGo for people who are both shipping a car long-distance and are willing to wait a few weeks for it to get there.

The broker was very helpful and found someone to transport the car very quickly. The driver who delivered the car was also nice and quite fast. When he came to pick up the car he marked down every little scratch. Upon delivery there was something what had come open in a bottom of the car and the driver started arguing that it was already there when he picked the car up but he had not marked it on the inspection paper. We did not want to argue and paid for fixing it. Luckily it was only 20 dollars but whatever company you choose make sure that you know what is written on the inspection paper and if there is something wrong with the car when it is delivered because of the drivers mistake then they have to pay for it. It cost 990 to ship it. I would use autogo again since they are quick and the price was lower than most of other brokers. Also they do not take any deposit from you. You only have to pay when the car is picked up.

Then they wouldn't unload my items until I paid. That, and they broke a ton of items during the move. Absolutely avoid these guys at all costs! Their own staff even warned us they would try to rip us off, and did! Do not go near these guys or do any business with them unless you want to pay extra for breaking half of the items in your house. First they got lost then, they literally spent an hour outside, putting my lawn furniture back together, in the end completely ruining it. The owner's son broke down trying to get the fridge in the house and literally almost walked off and I had to beg him to please bring it in because I have a son and a mom in the hospital. That was the last thing on the truck and last thing off. They took their time and cost me $660. The son was in my face after I was crying because he couldn't fighur out how to get the doors of my fridge. I stayed quiet and he apologized after but the damage had already been done. I have a large smart fridge and the only difference is two clips and a water clip that literally clip on and off..:.. then the next morning I go outside to find my outside furniture daybed completely slaughtered by these two bafoons. I have no words except do not trust them with your belongings. I would have paid more to have a stress free move. It was anything but that. I had a 2 bedroom townhome and I just had them move big things like couch, washer dryer, literally minimal platform beds and it took these two 6 hours to move 20 mins away!!! Now I know why they were going to walk off because they knew they ruined my property. Oh then they left their dolly and I was nice enough to tell them, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in the house or by the door. I brought it to the street, took a picture of it and told them to not ever come by my home again. Moving is already stressful. The owners son kept telling about he used to work at Sam Levitt's and an appliance store. Maybe he should go back to doing that. Nepotism. He should never be a mover. Don't fall for their "deals". They milk the clock and ruin your property.
