The driver, Al, met me with a smile and did a terrific job of figuring out how to get my vehicle out of an odd spot and hooked up to his truck. Al was kind, professional, skilled, and articulate, explaining everything as he worked. He got my car to the repair shop and my self to my home, which included helping carefully hoist me into his 50 foot tall truck. The cost seemed very reasonable. Positive experience, would use again, happy to recommend to others!

I went to yelp to reach out to my favorite tow company. But looks like closed down so I submitted a…read morerequest for quotes. SA responded immediately with a qoute of $100 and could schedule an appointment later that day. Sounded decent so I get the appointment I wanted. Then they asked me to call them. Their call resulted in the "qoute" going up $40. I was sure so I said I call them back. I called back not even 5 minutes later and said oh now now we're getting slammed we can't do it until later. I asked how much longer and they wouldn't say. So I said I'd go else where and left a review to reflect my experience. A reputable company would have left it there, but not this place. Within a minute they immediately reached out to harass me and sent walls and walls of texts over hours. I thought they were so busy right? Apparently they have plenty of time harass people who turned them down between all that not towing they were doing . I should really thank them though. Called a reputable company and got them there in 15 minutes for $100... no fake adjustments. I can't imagine being a "business" owner and spending my time insulting potential customers instead of working... oh that's right, I dont. Anyway it was clear they thought being the last to text was winning and they would never stop so I had the block them. Truly sad representation of a business.

After convincing the AAA dispatcher that both Arivaca and Amado are actual places, Bill from Luna's showed up with his flatbed and a jump box. We figured the alternator was shot and, considering that I had a U-haul trailer with all of my plunder and two dogs in the cab, Bill devised a plan to nurse the truck to their shop. They were kind enough to let me roll out my bedroll out front for the night, and when Bill and Jessie (the owner) got to work just after sunrise, Bill had a thermos of that lifesaving nectar, coffee. That bit alone was above and beyond, but they had the alternator replaced and me up and running before nine this morning. These are good guys and they run a tight ship, if you are stuck or just need work done on your rig in the Santa Cruz Valley, look for Luna's!

AAA ordered road side service, Elijah was not a great listener, I'm in between exits unknown to me…read morehowever I first stated I was before the "89" offramp. When someone is in need of road service there's no need to be inpatient and short because I didn't know the names of where my car broke down. There are other stresses involved as it is. Bottom line he said since I didn't know where I was he could let AAA know to send another service to help me. After 30 minutes of waiting, in 95 degree heat and off a major highway. Wow! Not even sure why AAA after all these years of being a customer would use such an I'm unempathetic and unprofessional company. God actually did send an angel to my rescue and took care of me. Think twice about using this company. I would not recommend or refer if it was the last place on earth. Say a prayer it works way better!
