I was a loyal and repeat customer over the years. I wanted a Nissan Pathfinder. I was able to get a 2016 Pathfinder with this company. I got October 2023. Then service issues started. It has been in the service department 5 times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or drive thru without it running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 10, 2024 and it was back for service Aug. 26, 2024. The issue now is it needs a radiator fan that is not under warranty and will cost $725. I am feeling stupid amongst other things. I bought another vehicle with them for travel ,but now I have two vehicle payments because I can't trade the Pathfinder. It not a problem. There should be a zero star choice. I wasn't able to get to the buying or taking ownership of the vehicle. While conversing with Veronica to explain what we needed and asking if it could be done, she was too busy cutting me off and speaking over me than actually listening to be able to answer my questions. The customer service here is a horrible issue, i bought a car from them and they have been nothing but hell. The car recently broke down and i was refused help, but they still wanted me to make payments. Mind you this is during the covid-19 and i was affected by it. To repair the car was over $2000. I had "insurance" through them but that is complete BS. My car is now sitting on the side of the road. Thanks Auto liquidators for making my life hell. Great job read more

I've had this car less than 45 days and it's trash I'll never spend money with this company or send a person to this company... if every asking me about this place I'll tell them run the other way.. first iwas lied to was told I could get one truck but when I got here after I filled out the application and was told I was approved was then told I can not get was I was approved for I was passed from worker to worker and was getting told something different EverytIme.. I still ha have a paper tag on my truck and my ac keeps going out (they told me 48hrs to look at it NOT FIX IT) my alarm is going off and I have no remote and didn't no my truck has a alarm and 4days after I got my truck my head light went out. So they tell me I have to make a appointment to get it changed but the funny part was they didn't have a opening for 2wks and told me I couldn't go get one from autozone it has to come from them.... I had electrical issues within the first two weeks of purchasing my vehicle. couldn't drive my car for a few days and they wanted me to pay for it to be towed in and pay a service fee just to see what it was. staff was not very helpful with the matter but it got completed, welp! after that service it now vibrates violently so now I have to take it to another car service center to undo whatever was done and get it running right. needless to say I will not purchase another car from them once I complete the payments on this one. disappointed. read more

I went there to purchased my second vehicle I brought my first truck through them no problems. Now on this second go around on purchasing another vehicle I was all good made payments had an unexpected situation happen and I never was able to get it back together so the vehicle was repossed. Ok. Fine called to see what I could do get the vehicle back was told they doesn't do return after repo. Ok let the vehicle go... Now I have received and letter from the IRS. Not understanding that at all. So do not get an vehicle from them if you can't pay for it.. Calling the IRS now to see what's this all about how do you file a repo on your taxes. I paid so much money to these people and Covid happened stayed in touch every week. They were working with me so I thought. Then boom no *warning * came and took my car!! Let's not mention the when i first bought the car I was stranded twice in a week. (Should have known then) I literally picked it up from their mechanics and got 1 hour away and was stranded in 110 degree heat waiting over an hour for a tow truck. Missed my sister's memorial weekend and they can't work with me! Don't do it!! No warning nothing then no chance at getting your vehicle back they want you to pay it off. Who does that? Greedy people do that, shady people do that. This world needs better people in it including used car dealers. Your world could change just like mine. NEVER FORGET WHERE YOU CAME FROM. I have to say this, as much as it pains me to complain about a company, this is something I feel I have to do. So my mother is in need of a car after hers was stolen and then stripped, she has been looking at a few places, and driving to school the other day she saw AutoLiquidators on the side of the hwy. After we got out of school she wanted to stop by and look at what they had because they offered in house financing. First thing we did was explain to the sales person her story, and the issues she has with her credit and finances, they said it wasn't a problem, they would just need her to fill out the paperwork and they could get things started, we both said that we would like to look at what vehicles they had to offer before we did any paperwork, salesman reluctantly said ok, took us to a computer to show us some options, he barely knew how to operate the computer, not a huge problem some people just are not computer people, so we asked if we could just see the cars. Out on the lot, they had a number of cars to look at, most had a good body, but I noticed a few had flat tires, not good for test driving. We went and looked at a few car, and finally found one that looked good, and my mother felt comfortable in a 2004 Toyota Camry LE, well while we were looking at it I was trying to look up information as far as MPG and what the bluebook was on it, but for some reason as soon as we got on the lot my phone wouldn't get good internet, so I restarted my phone, for the third time, and was able to pull up KBB.com. You would never believe what I found, when we asked what the price was on the car the salesman said $14,995, which I though a little high, but because of the risky business they were in might have been ok, but KBB said that the suggested retail price is $7,342. Their sticker price is over double the suggested bluebook value. So we asked if that included all the fees, he said everything except the interest, which again for their business you know is going to be high. So we asked if there was anything they could do on the price and the salesman took us inside so he could ask the sales manager. The sales manager came over and started talking to us about the car and said that the owner is the one that decides what prices go on the vehicle and they would have to talk to him but he was in a conference and they couldn't talk to him for 2 days, so we gave them our contact information and they said they would call us back. On the second day my mother called the salesman back and he had to look on his computer to find the notes that he made for my her file, and read off the screen that the owner said "We do not negotiate, the price that is on the sticker is the price we sell for." How is it that a company can sell a 10 year old car for $2,000 less than it would cost to buy a 2013 of the same model. The while time we were there we never felt like our business was wanted, and with that kind of pricing and unprofessionalism, how does a company like that stay in business. Truth be told, after reading a lot of the reviews that I have, I am glad that I was with my mother before she made a huge mistake in that car, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

In response to Auto Liquidators: Regardless if the vehicle is old or not, once you make a repair, and I'm told the vehicle is operational, then I drive off the lot and it jerks uncontrollably, then that is an issue. How am I to trust the service department to make the repairs when they allowed me to drive off with a faulty transmission? That's unacceptable because if myself or my children were harmed due to the vehicle malfunction (because inadequate repairs were made) then Auto Liquidators would be liable. Although, all the repairs weren't done there, yall were aware of all the issues. So whether it was fixed there or not, it was documented that you knew (as you have stated). It should not matter where the repairs where made when there are repeated different issues. And when I purchased the vehicle, I explained to the salesman that I needed a reliable vehicle for that very reason, because I commute and have children. Maybe that salesman should be retrained on placing people in the right vehicle. I spoke with another salesman and he stated he would never had offered that vehicle to me because he new it would not last long. That let's me know that yall are aware of which vehicles are properly functioning and which are not. At the end of the day, I am paying for a vehicle that breaks down every other month. I pay the car note faithfully, but I don't have a faithful car. The price of the vehicle was overcharged and the repair fees are overcharged. This has affected myself, my job and my children. Loaner cars are not provided, so my out of pocket expenses were excessive each time this has happened. I have not had a good experience with auto liquidators and I regret purchasing the vehicle, but I have truly learned the lesson of buyer beware. read more

My sister was so happy to get a car from Auto liquidators which it was her 1st car ever which was purchased in October 2015. recently she was in a car accident and the other party was at fault and of course that person did not have insurance. My sister had purchased insurance thru Auto liquidators and when the accident happened she had the car towed over to them, they charged her $230 for the deductible then a few days later my sister received an emailed stated the car was totaled but they would not give her the $230 back. So tell me this how can you charge a deductible when the car is totaled, it just doesn't make since. Well now my sister received a 2 letters one is stating the car was repo; wait a minute how can you state the car was repo when in fact it was totaled? so now they are wanting her to sign the paperwork stating that the car was repo and they stated that is a standard letter they send out. If you have insurance and the car is totaled then they would be receiving money from the insurance towards the car right? But not in this case. Now they are wanting to submit a 1009-C Cancellation of debt to the IRS, which will be considered income to my sister since they are labeling it a repo and not the truth which the car was "TOTALLED" what kind of business are you running. They made my first time buying a vehicle a complete disaster. The original car I was supposed to purchase, the salesman did not tell me that the car had been sold. instead, he lied and said that the car was in the shop with electrical problems. If I would have known when i called to tell him that I was on my way, I would not have came back. How hard is it to be honest? Don't lie to a potiental customer. Then he kept trying to push another vehicle on me that I did not want. They found another vehicle and had it brought over. I honestly don't believe that they checked this vehicle, because it still had lip gloss from a previous owner, still in it, and less than two weeks later the water pump broke. I think her name is Amanda in the service department was VERY nice, and the mechanic that fixed my vehicle. Other than that, I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone at all.
