That wasn't an issue as we were looking at a chevy at a Subaru dealership. The issue came while getting lending, to purchase the car. If you EVER buy a car here, DO NOT use the lender GLS!!!! What a nightmare! First, they have the absolute rudest customer service representatives. Second the CSR call all the time asking you to verify the same info over and over! I verified my info 3 times and they were texting and calling all day. I am NOT dealing with this all day. I called Raul in financing at Morries and told him I was returning the car due to this unnecessary harassment. He said he would contact the lending service and rectify this situation. He called me back and said they will call me 1 more time to authorize the loan and that was all they would need. WRONG!!!! They wanted me to verify ALL my info again! I called Raul back and He called then again; he called me back and promised me they would just do the authorization of the loan and all would be good. he apologized for the issues with this lender, and he said he would make it right for us, but after I authorized the loan, we never heard back from him or Mike the used car manager. I think they just didn't want to honor the 5-day happy customer policy. Will NOT buy here again!

I called the Sales Manager and they were not willing to work with me at all to pay to find the root problem or pay a portion of potential repairs. The told me vehicles are sold As is. Communication was a major issue as our concerns were ignored despite our repeated attempts to discuss the issues. This experience shook our confidence and especially bothered us because we had the pleasure of knowing Ken Vance in years past. He was an amazing person who displayed utmost integrity and honesty, and he saw being humble as a strength. He was always eager to seek ways to improve and got so excited each time he discovered a way to fix something. The initial experience we had at Vance Collision did not reflect the values Ken Vance displayed. We were recently contacted by Justin Larsen at Ken Vance Hyundai who had heard about our experience, genuinely wanted to discuss it, and was sincere about resolving the issue. He took the time to gather the facts, respond to our questions, seek a fair solution, and acknowledge what had happened. This was a breath of fresh air. Justin displayed the same values that Ken Vance worked hard for to build his dealership. While we are disappointed with the initial experience, we greatly appreciate Justin reaching out, and we especially appreciate the respect he has shown to Ken Vance's legacy as a result of him taking the time to address this issue. They only honored the first oil change. Called and called Kevin the sales guy and he said he would take care of it and would get in touch with me within the hour. 14 calls later and two messages and two weeks have gone by and still no word. Shady business practice. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone…read more I brought my car in with an EXTENDED WARRANTY to get urgent work done mind you they told me they wouldn't be able to get it looked a whole month later from when I originally brought it in. Their website STATES they are REQUIRED to work on it right away if you have a warranty through them. Which I do. They also refused to give me a loaner due to them, "not having enough loaners so I would have to be put on a list." Leaving me without a car for a month. What dealership doesn't give out loaners to customers that BOUGHT the car from them. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Maybe this time was an exception and that was truly the case but nothing they did made sense correlating to what they would do, whatsoever. After playing phone tag for WEEKS with no answers and nothing but cluelessness from everyone, I decided to bring my business elsewhere. When I came to pick up my keys, we overheard one of the technicians say he had to replace my battery. When was my car even touched when I was told, 1. I would get a call if anything was done to it and 2. I was told no one could even look at my car until February 20th? None of their actions or words added up they couldn't even keep track of it all. To top it all off, when the technician drove my car to the parking lot and I got into my car, there was a piece of my door handle broken, just sitting on my passenger seat?! I was never told anything about that. Ken Vance Honda is a joke. Don't bother talking to the girls at the front desk either. Leanna was clueless and unprofessional. She didn't even know what she was doing and had no answers to help. Just a bunch of bs and a huge joke of a company. Nobody was willing to reason anything with us, and we got no answers whatsoever. Save your time and don't ever buy a car from these guys! Crazy how many people I've talked to and have said they have had the worst experiences with Ken Vance, wish I knew that sooner.
