I called A to Z transmission and spoke with Tony. He actually took the time to see if it could be machined, rather than replaced.... which thankfully, it could! They repaired blown head gasket and a lot of other work my truck needed, still waay under the price to replace with a used engine. I have now waited over 3 months to write this review and I can't begin to say how pleased I am with this company! Tony was honest, upfront and very pleasant to talk to the entire time. Oh want us to drop you off somewhere they say? No, I took today off to get my car. Tell me it needs a speed control sensor now 75 for it , and labor . Beware of this place. Was referred here! Update- . Drive the car home and all of a sudden it's running worse. After a week of waiting I took it back on Friday. Within three hours I got a call at work. It's all set. Went back they tell me someone supposedly must have done work on your wiring harness. It was put back wrong. What??? I'm sure someone did. Bullshit. No.. it's you that did something. My car always ran perfectly till the clutch had to be replaced . Best in RI? The owners wife is a winner too . It's alright taking peoples money though Isn't it? Take a walk !
