Karen was really good at her Job and one of the things that I commend her for is there would be times where she would be committed with one task and then she would get assigned another next task and the next task and unfortunately I've never once seen her get recognized for the hard work that she had done at that place. Not to mention she was always up front with her customers and that embolizes a good Customer Service Rep. Besides with her knowledge and wisdom as a CSR. Karen really changed that place around from how it used to be to where it's at today and that is all thanks to her as that place had become much busier and stuff was actually getting done. Now the fact that the owner decided to get rid of her for a lazy mechanic that likes to pick and choose what jobs he wants to do and complains about everything under the sun and has a short fuse towards colleagues and customers and should've gotten fired multiple times for insubordination towards the Owner. Also given the lack of work ethnicity that he demonstrates is a prime example of the lack of management that place has. Besides I really wish that there were more people like Karen Lape in this world who are passionate about the job and aren't in it for the politics and knows how to put her ego aside rather than towards the customers. That's exactly why I think Karen has a bright future ahead of her unlike Paploskys as I intend to not do business there moving forward and I encourage others to do the same as well.

I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. I called to speak with the owner, Ron, and explain to him my thoughts. Ron was very defensive and did not let me explain my belief or situation at hand. As an owner of a company, the professional approach would have been to at least hear the customer out. Fast forward to 2 months later, I started to hear a rumbling noise in my car when I accelerated. I took it to my dealership and they informed me that there is a flat spot on my tire which can happen during manufacturing. They also noticed weights were added to that specific tire to balance it. I was recommended to go back to Meineke, where my tires were just replaced, and have the tire replaced under my warranty. I did not personally call because of my past experience with the owner, so my dad called for me the next day. He spoke with Ron who was very unprofessional in his demeanor. He refused to believe it was due to manufacturing and gave multiple excuses for why he will not replace it before even seeing the tire. My dad tried to be professional and make an appointment for them to at least see the tire. Ron said "drop it off and I will look at it". This will not be happening and I will be taking my service elsewhere.

I arrived to pick up my car after-hours and noticed immediately that there were several very deep scratches (all the way down to the metal) along the passenger side of the car. I took some photos of the scratches and decided to leave my car there and return to talk to the owner of the shop in the morning. When I arrived, the scratches had been sanded down and sloppily covered with black paint. There was no paint on the scratches when I was there the previous evening so it was clear someone had tried to cover them up before we returned. The owner lied to my face and said those scratches were there when we dropped the car off and that he hadn't done anything to try to cover them up since the previous evening. Not only did they cause extremely expensive to fix damage to the car but, even more concerning, is that they were dishonest and condescending when confronted about the damage.
