I called and requested an appointment a week in advance. I was told that appointments are first come first served. I made it to the building at 7:20a. First in line to get serviced my price was $100 more then the quote given. 2.30 later I'm told my windshield just made it to the building. At the time of asking how much longer the two employees had a altercation in the office. Poor communication and service. Don't waste your time. read more

Ordered a passenger window from these people told would be in Friday come in sat to get it installed drove 60 miles on a Saturday morning called 10 minutes away to confirm it was there sat on hold for over 8 minutes at 8:01 sat morning nope be in Monday . Informed the manager I work for railroad hectic schedule and she says I'll hold it here for you no problem. I call in this morning 8/15 @8:05 and was told to hold for over 10 minutes just to be told o we sent your window back to warehouse . Ok so now what we can get it back today so now I wait most of day call back to confirm they have it back and guess what on hold for over 12 minutes waiting for confirmation ok now they have it back the operator says be here by 4 pm so I race over 70 miles this time make it to store with little time to waist park in front go in to confirm I'm there there go sit in truck to do some work while I wait the manager same one who promised to keep my glass there which I said I would pay over the phone originally to hold it . Says you can't park there I say ok I'll move it soon as we get done checking in and the other women standing around over the counter by the manager go oooooooh like I stepped on her toes and she proceeds to tell me no you'll move it now in which i replied just send my glass back I'll get it elsewhere and gladly pay more JUST BECAUSE ITS CHEAPER DOSENT MEAN ITS A GOOD JOB OR DECENT SERVICE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE AND SEEMS TO BE RAN BY AN INDIVIDUAL ON A MAJOR POWER TRIP AS WELL AS A LIAR. Save your time and effort. Go to your vehicle manufacturer or somewhere else. My experience here was poor. I paid to get my windshield replaced here on a Friday and the lane assist sensor was not placed correctly and the whole thing including the camera started falling from my windshield the moment I drove off. I came back to let them know and they stated "We will contact the district manager and order you another one, come back Monday as soon as we open and we will get you taken care of". I come back on that day at 8am and the "district manager" Katrina is there and tells me she has no idea of the situation. She then proceeds to ask me to explain what happened and to show her the issue, I then show her and she tells me she will make some calls and get back to me. 3 hours pass and no communication so I call her and she tells me that she is going to pick up a part and to be there by 1:00 and they would get me fixed in about another 2 hours. I arrive 15 minutes prior to what the DM Katrina tells me to arrive and she arrives a hour later. After another hour they tell me my car is ready and I realize that the issue is still the same. The cover for the lane assist camera is lifted off of the windshield and does not work properly ( I recorded a video for proof) after making Katrina aware she says that is how it is suppose to fit since it is an aftermarket and not a manufacturer windshield (which I asked the receptionist at the front desk if all of my features would work before proceeding and she said they would). I then asked her if they had my old windshield because at this point I wasted 3 days and missed out on a work trip and Just wanted my money back. She told me there is nothing she can do and that I can call corporate, she stated that they would just re direct me to her, afterwards She said I need to come back another day so i could test drive the car with her to see if the lane assist works because she thinks it just needs to be calibrated based on the conversation we had on the phone. Honestly I'm over it and wish i could get in touch with someone above these people in the store. read more

Cheapest prices in Memphis but their service is horrible. You will make an appointment but they will not consider it when you arrive. I brought my vehicle for a scheduled 10:00 AM appointment and they worked on other vehicles that arrived after my vehicle as if I wasn't waiting in the lobby. Best advice is to arrive early because they do not work well with traffic. read more

Our truck window was busted, into our one year olds child's seat, our stereo stolen. All while on vacation in Memphis 14 hours from home. We called Auto Glass now at 8:30am. We're given a quote in 30 seconds and an appointment for 10:30am the same day. They replaced the window with matching tint and cleaned the broken glass. We were back on the road by 11:15am. The lady working the front office couldn't have been sweeter or more empathetic and the glass technician was quick, precise with installation and clean up, he also impressed us with fluent spanish while helping a spanish speaking customer.
