Great service and the lowest price when I was checking around to get my windshield replaced. Once I got there, I was there for just under an hour from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

The quote was ($389) that's with tax if I brought my own windshield it would've been($125) that's with tax right by the expressway (4186) Jackson Ave Memphis TN 38128ph#1-901-937-0588) I checked all around for a cheap windshield replacement service and this is the only one that came close to what's affordable for getting my windshield replace good price good service they ordered the windshield at 12 noon windshield was put in by 130 I was out of there by 1:45. A 2" crack showed up in my windshield, and 2 days later was 24" long. Further, when it rained, I had water in my car. That's not good. My contractor recommended Discount Auto Glass. They came to me the next day (well, they came to my house... I was at work), and repaired it just fine! 3 weeks later, I've still got water coming in. I took it back to them, asking them to replace the sunroof seal. The guy said 1.) It isn't the seal 2.) Give me 20 minutes, and I'll flush out the seal, and show you how to fix it. 3.) No charge. Thanks Hard to argue with service like that. read more

I highly recommend this place. They replaced my daughters windshield and saved me over $100 compared to other larger auto glass companies. The service was excellent and the people were very professional. I definitely recommend you consider them for all your auto glass needs. It took them less than one hour to replace the windshield on my daughters 2004 Honda Civic. read more

I have a manual transmission and they messed up the gear shift. Had to be towed away and now have a claim in the works. As the tow driver was picking me up he told me he witnessed an employee moving a customers car, back into another car. It was the same guy who moved my truck. I went inside and started telling the other customers and they told me they would call the police on me if I didn't leave and that I wasn't allowed to talk to the other customers. They said they would be handling the issues and tried to get me to leave. They kept saying they would take care of the issues and didn't want me telling the other customers what I saw. They really wanted me out of there because I wasn't being quiet about what they did to me and what they did to the other customers. They backed another guys SUV into another ladies car withing 20 minutes of damaging my truck. read more

Had to get a new windshield put in my car. I called around town to get prices and I'm glad I found this place. Safelite was gonna charge me $250+ dollars. I got it done here for $180. Check this place out before going to them. They have a lifetime warranty and offer free mobile service, as in they will come to you for free. The others places charge 25 dollars. Service was great! read more

I'm so glad I came here to get my windshield fixed! Jack Morris Auto Glass did not seem very honest after I called them 2 times and they gave me 2 different prices, 180$ then 235$ !!! I only paid 140$ tax included for my Toyota 97 4Runner windshield, that seemed to be a fair price. I was very happy. read more

Overnight, a crack in my windshield stretched out to about a foot long, and I needed help FAST. Called my insurance and they set up an appointment with safelite...who told me about $400!! I told them to cancel that appointment and looked online. This was the first place that popped up and the reviews were great. I was already getting my oil changed down the street so I called them and they asked the year and make of my vehicle and said they could have it in two hours. I get there and it takes them 45 minutes tops, the people in the office and the people in the back were both so sweet and caring and had great personalities, AND it cost me $130! I will always recommend these people! read more

Today I had my windshield replaced. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The staff was incredible, the service was impeccable, and the time I waited was short. I came here due to the great reviews already posted. I was not disappointed. Plus, the price was the lowest around! read more

I trust Discount Auto Glass totally. The owners were totally ethical, caring & trustworthy with me. I entered as a stranger recently & the owners were so genuinely caring, I felt like I made new business friends for life. My old classic car had 2 glass window problems: the window became stuck in the down position so the car was unusable. Discount got the window in the up position again quickly making my car usable once more. The car also requires a replacement part for the window to be able to go both up & down & that part has been ordered. I left grateful to them for true care. Because they went above & beyond I also plan to bring our other vehicle (a van) to them for a new windshield when the weather is warmer. read more

I had a windshield installed that leaked. After several attempts to get it fixed I gave up and called these guys (based on a friend's recommendation). The guy came to my home, cut out the windshield, cleaned off the old glue, and reinstalled it in about 30 minutes. Wow. He didn't complain about not making money on the sale of the glass or about cleaning up after someone's else's screw up. Very professional, friendly, and effective service. Cost was way lower than I expected. I DON'T KNOW OF A BUSINESS I AM MORE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT RECOMMENDING. Just so you know in advance, the payment is expected to be CASH - the green stuff. Not plastic, not checks, but cash. Prices are so low you will feel inclined to tip. read more

We took our 2012 FJ cruiser in for a windshield repair. Prices were good upfront but we had initial concerns after the service person never showed or called for our mobile glass replacement. They offered additional money off if we could bring it into the shop the next day. After having our vehicle the whole day we received our truck back with heavy amounts of tape to the top glass and windshield molding. The next day the tape was removed to find a huge crack all the way through the molding and scratches in the roof all the way to bare metal. We took it back and after speaking to the manager Jerry we waited 2 weeks for the windshield molding that was damaged by them to be replaced. After picking the vehicle up the second time the scratches in the roof were larger and there were now 4 large dents in the roof from where I'm assuming were caused while attempting to remove the molding they had glued and broken previously. The interior was also dirtier from when we dropped it off from the installers. They failed to follow through with any of the repairs and only further damaged our vehicle. Our time was not their priority nor was our vehicle once they initially got paid. If you want the cheapest windshield in town then this may be the place, but I would do so at your own risk as we will mostly be out of pocket 500 dollars to repair the damages that were done to the body during install. To make things worse the installer never owned up to the damages incurred and assumed us as the customers were idiots. read more
