Overall, I'd return for their reliability in changing glass within the timeframe they gave me. Close to the 5/5 but there were still shards of glass in my seat. I went to Jack Morris auto glass for the first time in many years for a chip repair and it is definitely not the same quality company it used to be. The waiting area was very dirty and smelled awful. The air conditioner was barely cooling. My appointment was for 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:47 pm and did not leave until 3:00 pm, an hour for a simple chip repair. The repair itself looked like it was poorly done and the next day when I went out to my car, there was a large crack that had developed that had not been there when I had arrived home from the repair. In short, it was a complete substandard experience and I will never use them again. read more

I've been putting off relaxing my windshield for far too long. I wanted to get a car wash yesterday but got nervous it may shatter, which prompted me to finally call and get the replacement yesterday afternoon. The estimate with Jack Morris was about $40 cheaper than SafeLite. In addition, I appreciated speaking with a human being immediately vs SafeLite where there were options and the suggestion to check online for an estimate. Sure there are situations where I'd prefer that, but with my inexperience in this arena, I preferred human contact. Lastly, Jack Morris had availability today (next day) vs two days later with SafeLite. I was told I'd get a call this morning letting me know when the tech would be by, but the call never came. I called around 9:30 am to let them know I hadn't been contacted. I got a call back an hour later saying they'd be by between 12 and 1. I work from home so this was not an inconvenience to me, but for some it may have been. The service from Travis was excellent. I simply had to unlock my car and provide payment. My car was broken into, and I needed a side window replacement. My insurance carrier made a referral and an appointment which was a week later, and was just a few dollars below my deductible amount. I would be out of pocket for the total bill, and have to wait a week. I called Jack Morris on Mt Moriah the following day and spoke with Heather. She got me in that morning, ordered the glass before I got there, and my car was ready within a couple of hours, for half of the previous quote for replacement. I could not be happier. The service was fast and high quality, and Heather is so pleasant and helpful. I had my car back immediately, and for half the cost. I give them 10 stars for this 5 star review. My windshield has a rock to hit it and needed replaced. My first interaction with Jack Morris was with Elizabeth. She was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to serve and represent Jack Morris in the most professional way. Erik came to replace my windshield. He was great to talk with and also friendly. He did a professional job in a timely manner. After installing my windshield we found an issue or a defect with the new glass. My camera on the front of my car did not work. When I took it by the location, Elizabeth went above and beyond to help once again. She was actually the one to see and point out to me the defect of the glass that was received from Toyota. A technician came out and saw it also. Elizabeth went to work and got me in at Toyota to let them inspect the glass. Even Toyota recognized and told me about Jack Morris reputation. They said the folks at Jack Morris has never led them wrong. We set up a date to replace the glass and again Erik showed up and did a professional job. I don't want any future chips or breakage in my glass, But if There is one I will not hesitate to call them. There is no one else that I would even consider. Elizabeth,Erik, the lady at the front desk at the Mount Moriah location and all their employees go above and beyond. I with out hesitation recommend this glass company to anyone in need. I called jack morris due to insurance suggestion. I spoke w call center. They used my vin number to order correct glass etc. they scheduled me for 11/17/23 and said the shop would call me w specific time. I did not receive a call. So I called them. I knew it would have to be brought in because the call center said they would have to calibrate it w camera or defrost something special with the glass.. so I took off half of my work day. I was told to expect 4hr wait time. The office on Raleigh Lagrange rd told me to be there at 8am. I arrived and checked in. I waited 2 hrs before they took my car back. To be told they do not have the glass. They told me the call center ordered everything correctly. But the glass was at another location. They could not schedule me there for another 2 weeks. And I could use the other location next week. I CANNOT MISS WORK! I've already taken a half of a day today for nothing. So I will never use Jack Morris again, and I will tell everyone else not to use Jack Morris. There is no reason if I scheduled the appointment in advance for them not to have my windshield at that location, especially when I also called on Wednesday to confirm it and waited 2 hrs before they told me this. I live/work over an hour away. What a good demonstration of how no one values anyone's time or business. Poor customer service in not making this right. read more

NOTE: REVIEWS BEFORE AUGUST 2022 ARE OLD OWNER. IT IS NO LONGER FAMILY OWNED. They do not answer their phones, half the time they don't even ring.. I had to followup with the dealership to get Jack Morris to call them, and then call me to tell me they had the glass in (it was out of stock). Quoted me no less than 4-5 hours to do the work. Asked 7 (yes 7 times) if it was really going to be that long and was told, minimum 4-5 hours. It was done in an hour and a half. We live 30 minutes away and had to make 2 round trips and my husband had to take a day off work, when I could have just waited. If they would have said, we say 4-5 hours but it probably will be done sooner, that would be fine. The manager told me it is ILLEGAL to tell people less than 4-5 hours and it was on an exam. Considering the drive time is variable based on the car, the fact that a 2023 Kia Telluride drive time specifically was on the exam is ridiculous. He was condescending and rude. He said "I'm sorry we got it done sooner." At that point, I lost my patience and said, the fact that you don't understand why this is a problem for me is exactly why your customer service is poor. I've used them before and the service hasn't always been this bad. I wouldn't use them again. read more

Had my windshield replace today. Requested an appointment last Friday and was given Monday as the install date. Was told that I would be contacted early Monday with an appointment time. Monday morning came and I received a call from Cody with a range of times for the install. Cody showed up right on time. Windshield was replaced quickly and it looks great. I called the union ave location, which directed me to the mt moriah location bc it was closer. I have a chip on my windshield smaller than a quarter, and it took them about 20 minutes and $40 to fill. They were very nice and professional, and they cleaned the interior and exterior windshield around the chip. If it spreads, the money I spent to fix it will go towards a new windshield. I was impressed with the prompt, polite service. read more

Had to take my wife's car in early last month after her windshield was hit by a rock and cracked. I am always leery of any type of car repair but they were really straightforward and did a good job. They gave us discounts based on our insurance policy (insurance did not cover the damage) and bringing the car to them as opposed to having them come to us. They let us know that we were missing some molding on the outside of the car and even took pictures to share with us. Only downside was they did not let us know that for the first 24 hours before removing the adhesive tape, the car would sound all the windows were down. Otherwise I will definitely come back if I need any auto glass work in the future. read more
