Orlando Hall did a great job installing the windshield on my Nissan Pathfinder. He was very professional and got the job done right while being timely. Thank you! Definitely recommend! read more

I booked my appointment for 9am to get a crack repair on my windshield i sat for 40 mins before going up to the desk to let her know i had a doctors appointment at 10:30 and the way time is looking I'm not going to have time. She promised he was finishing up and my service would only take 15-20 mins. So i sat again. 9:58am she says i have bad news your crack is on the tint so we can't service you because it'll melt your tint. Okay cool that makes since, i understand. However i wasn't asked about if u had tint when calling to book the appointment i have zero knowledge on windshield repair so i wouldn't have even guessed to ask that. So i sat for 58 mins past my scheduled appointment time to be told we cant service you anyway. Would not recommend read more

Had my windshield installed while I was working. Technician called me twice the first call I missed second one to let me know he was done. While driving home electrical tape peeled off of the window trim exposing a giant hole in the trim. I called them on my way home to be informed that the Technician tried to tell me and the trim was dry rotten which it is not. There was also cigarette ashes on my dash and rubber shavings everywhere. As someone who oversees a large fleet of vehicles I will remember this transaction and will spread the word to anyone looking for a windshield replacement read more

this company attempted to charge me almost $200 more at time of service than I was quoted when I made the appointment. I had to wait days for disappointmenT. instead of apologizing I was blamed for the error. I now have to find a reputable business even it it's more. read more

Scheduled a quote and appointment. The day before they call and say they can't do the appt because they don't have the glass and won't have it until next week. They offered a $25 credit for inconvenience. How about don't provide an inconvenience. They used the excuse of online scheduling. Well online scheduling should make it convenient for them to see and look at scheduled appts in advance to make sure they have the parts. The day before someone's appt is a huge inconvenience and bind to put them in. I would recommend this place this is lack of Organization and poor customer service at its finest. read more

A coworker of mine told me about this place after I told her I had this huge crack on my windshield. I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement about a month ago and called again earlier this week to confirm the price was still the same, which it was. I was able to set an appointment for this morning (Saturday) at 8:30am. The person on the phone told me it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete which was cool with me. I showed up right on time at 8:30am and handed my keys over. My car didnt get pulled in till about 9 o'clock but it was done by 9:30!! I was impressed by how fast they replaced that windshield. This was extremely an easy and fast process. I paid with my debit card and was on my way. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE The woman at the front desk has a very rushed irritated demeanor, no customer service skills whatsoever .. then when I picked up my car it was full of dirt mud and shavings from whatever they did to install my windshield, I also had a fake rose on my dash board from a recently deceased family member that was thrown in the back seat and was soaking wet and is now ruined completely and falling apart the dye in it stained my backseat and my clothes my inspection sticker just fell off while I was driving .. I just had to leave before I ended up causing a scene, I have never dealt with such shitty rushed horrible service and I honestly want my money back and I don't even leave reviews. If you like your car clean and your belongings respected do yourself a favor find someone else ... read more

Auto Glass Now - The shavings and dirt left from my windshield replacement - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Hampton, Virginia

I had a problem with a piece of dealer stripping coming loose from my rear window. The front desk receptionist had a technician come out and look at my problem. He fixed the problem in fifteen minutes and sent me on my way. I was impressed as the other two auto glass repair places (Safelite and Danny's) only had advice to give and or referral back to the dealership for my 23 year old car. Thank you Auto Glass Now! read more

I had my windshield replaced here back in April 2018. I was referred to this place by a friend, specifically the Virginia Beach location. Since I'm not from the area, I did not know there were other locations, especially a location that was closer to me. I had to drive with a shattered windshield on a rainy day in traffic where I was scared to use my wipers because I did not want to mess up my windshield even more! I got to the Virginia Beach location and they told me I actually had an appointment with the Hampton location. Apparently, a 'call center' told me the appointment date and time, but failed to tell me the correct location. I get to the Hampton location and I expressed to Marie my frustration with having to drive back and forth, and not being told by the call center of the correct location. Marie stated that she 'spoke with the employees and told them to make sure customers are made aware of the location'. Marie later states to me that she was the one who made the appointment over the phone with me. How deceitful! I waited about an hour to get my windshield replaced. They waited to tell me that I needed to spend an extra $15 to replace the molding. I brought new windshield wipers and asked them to put them on for me. Well, someone did not put it on right and last week, one of them flew off while I was driving. If you want a windshield replaced for cheap, with below average customer service, then this may be the place for you. read more

My Mini Cooper passenger side window would not go up or down... Took it in Eva got the part located after Jazz gave it a good inspection...Had to wait one day for the part to come in...Quick professional services.... Price was much better than I thought it would be for.... Thanks again read more

Darn shame, I go a quote for 218.23 for a window replacement yesterday. The technician arrived with a bill for $303.22. I told him about the quote. He told me to call the office. I contacted the office and was told the quote was not correct and I had to pay 301.22. Eva was very unprofessional did not want to give my her last name. She verbalized someone at the call center has been giving wrong quotes. That is not my problem. I asked for the corporate number and was told I had to call the call center to speak to the supervisor. Very unprofessional. The technician was excellent but the customer service was lousy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that she gave me a 757 number. I am not dumb a corporate number does not start with 757. Still waiting or a corporate number. I was told Calvin charged me this amount. Calvin does it at home. The representative hung up on me!!!!!!!!! read more

Best price in town and they have a lifetime warranty as long as you won your vehicle. $140.00 cheaper than the leading competitor. I was late to my appointment and they called to make sure I was on the way. They got me in quickly and about an hour and ten minutes later I was out the door. The lifetime warranty was explained to me and cleaning and care for the product. If you ever need to have your windshield repaired, I highly recommend this place. read more

This place is amazing!! It would've cost me over twice as much to get my windshield replaced with their competitors and I'm so glad I found Auto Glass Now instead. They were super friendly and professional and the service was super quick. I absolutely recommend this place and will certainly be back next time I have any need! THANK YOU AUTO GLASS NOW!!! read more

When I got a crack in my windshield I looked up all my options and Auto Glass Now was by far the cheapest! I scheduled an appointment with Marie who was friendly as can be. The windshield is super clear and I feel like I'm living life in HD. Perfect price, perfect service, definitely 100% recommend Auto Glass Now! read more

Quick early morning appointment, everyone was great & answered all my questions with a positive attitude! Thanks guys!

.If I could do less then 1 star I would. The first glass they forgot to put the trim on and we were halfway home before we noticed that they had not put any trim on the inside. Then we noticed that the Glass overlapped the drivers door glass so it caught Everytime you opened the door. One month later we were still trying to get it fixed. Several glasses had been tried all with the same result. One glass was ordered from the manufacture but was the wrong color. Called the store and the corporate office spoke directly with Shannon. Store rarely got back with us or came when they said they would. Very poor customer service. Finally they got a window from the junk yard and charged my insurance for a new window plus a completely fabricated window on a completely different side of the car that was never damaged. I never would have known that but USSA called me to see why they were being charged for this other window. Now we are waiting to see the rest of the story read more

Good price and good work. Ability to get you in and out. Quick job, only took an hour. If a mat or something to protect the dash was used, 5 stars would be given. Some of the debris from the work was left inside vehicle. read more

The only reason why I'm not able to leave five stars is only because they are so busy that your appointment time will be a little past time before they pull your car/truck into the bay if they're busy. Techs are very good at replacement windshields and are much cheaper than other companies! Highly recommended!! read more

This place is very unprofessional. The first time I made an appointment, I showed up on time only for them to tell me they did not have the molding for my car. They said I could come back tomorrow. So I made another appointment months later (I've been procrastinating), and I made sure to ask if they had the molding for my particular car, they said yes. They actually called me the day of and asked if I could come in a bit earlier, I said sure I wasnt really doing anything. I get there, gave them my key. I waited for like 35 minutes. They come back out and tell me oh im sorry the glass they sent us was cracked. We can order another one and you can come back. Yall dont understand how irritated I am right now. read more

I just had a bad experience with this location, I scheduled an appointment to have my driver's side window motor replaced which they said they could do for $188 because they had to order the part. However after dropping my car off they then tell me it's not my motor that needs replacing but instead my regulator and since it's an older car they could not order that part. So I needed to find one myself and I did so it costed me $50. So it took me two weeks to find one so I took it back today to have the new put in which they said it would cost $95 but when I do they then tell me that oh yeah your motor is in fact broken (mind you thats why I had them order the part 2 week prior) so now they have to reorder the motor which cost me $115.50 but when they called me to tell me about the motor situation they told me it would only cost $100 plus tax now i am not sure how tax works on auto parts but that seems a bit much. Overall today's price comes up to $210.50 from the original price of $188 not adding in the $50 on a part it turns out I didn't need in the first place. Out all that money on a job that I had asked to be done at first. Oh when I had picked it up they neglected to replace a screw on the bottom of the door panel so the door got stuck they did however replace it when told them about it so that was nice of them. They get 2 stars because at least the customer service was OK. read more

"My son, who is from Vt called and asked about windshield replacement at Hampton store asked the lady on phone is it gonna be a problem to put inspection sticker back in window they said sure no problem, well that was not the case at all, my sons inspection sticker was completly damaged and can not put back in window people at store were extremely rude to my young son and myself when we called back they even threatened to call the cops because we had questions and was not undertstanding how they expect him to drive all the back to Vt with no inspection sticker. i have never been treated so rude i explained to lady at desk my son is a young black man and that it would not be safe for him to not have everything correct on his car in this day and age and the woman told me that is not their fault and that they dont have to inform any customer of any thing. so now my son is stuck in Va with no inspection sticker and no way to get another one DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE AT ALL THEY ARE THE WORST VERY RUDE AND NASTY." read more

Simply a horrible customer experience. I attempted to use this "professional" glass service since they appeared tonhave a significant presence in Hampton Roads. They actually only have phone numbers listed in every city but the shop is in Hampton. My vehicle was at the dealership and needed a window repair. I was also completimg my state inspection. I called this place and was optimistic with the mobile service and quick turnaround. I thought all would be great. I offered to pay over the phone and was told they dont take credit cards over the phone. I should have stopped right there and reconsidered doing business at that moment. I then said ok I will come by and pay and just make sure the appoinment is kept and the window gets replaced as agreed. I was then told no you cant repay. "We dont like taking payment until the jib is complete" Well ok I said, I will just pay it tomorrow. I receive a text from the dealer the next day stating the glass people came and left because of payment....WHAT?? I tried to pay them why wouldnt they just complete the job? I call Auto Glass Now and the person on the phone was extremely argumentative and had a real take it or leave it attitude. She offers her manager Eva who is just as bad. I offer to come IN and PAY si the job can be completed. She then tells me the guy already left and I can come in and pay but it wont be until "sometime" tomorrow. She provided no real solution, they acted like I was the one that didnt understand and really were extremely rude. I would stay clear of this place and undersatand you get what you pay for!!!!! If I have to wait, I will pay a reputable company with at least devent customer service. This is a shop that is used to people stealing, not paying thie bills and clearly fraud! I'm happy they didnt take my credit card information as who knows what is going on in this place of business. STAY AWAY pay a reputable company and do business with them...NOT THIS PLACE! read more

Horrible customer service. I waited 2 hours for a diagnostic and found out I had to come back another day so they can order a part. I noticed a couple of returning customers complain that the window panels were installed wrong. When I returned the second time, a 1 hour job turned into a 2 hour job. I will never come back. HORRIBLE! read more
