I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack.
