Instead, a recording directed me to their website to get a quote, which was $148. They have a location VERY close to my home and, of course, I've heard and seen their advertising. I was a bit put off by not being able to speak with anyone on the phone, though, so I decided to call Granite State Glass, even though they are about 10 miles away. They just repaired my windshield for $55 (same-day appointment). The repair looks perfect. I can't even tell there was a crack there. Thank you, Tyler, for doing such a great job!

I took it there because of the excellent experience I had there a few years ago with a sunroof replacement on a different car. They came through again! What a great team of professionals. I wanted to be sure to use OEM factory glass because of all the electronic sensors attached to the glass, and Belinda not only assured me that that's all they would use, but she was instrumental in getting my insurance company to approve the (more expensive) factory glass, explaining to the claims adjuster why it was necessary. They ordered the glass from the dealer and got the work done the next day, and the car is just like new. No issues. These people know what they're doing, and I confidently recommend them.

Til this day I haven't even gotten my windshield fixed because I couldn't drive my car due to leaks and season. I remember picking my car up at night when they are closed and they left my keys on the front tires. Not a big deal because I requested it. But the thing that got me was when they told me that it's all set, the rear view mirror was missing. So I had to drive back and get that. On top of that, I noticed two small dents on my roof which I know for sure was not there before. And they tried saying that it's been there like bullshit. I look at my car pretty often and most of the time my car is in the garage so there could not have been anything that could have fell on it. It's funny cause how did I not notice it before? Anyways back to the rear view mirror. I leave my garage opener in the center console. When I came back to grab my rear view mirror, they tried telling me that they left a note in the center console. BULLSHIT. Cause when I got home there was no note. Next thing you know it after putting my rear view mirror on, there was a note in the center console about how they need me to bring it back to put the rear view mirror on. First off, how are you going to call me and tell me that it's all done when it's not and leave my keys on my front tires? And then tell me that you guys didn't put my rear view mirrors on and "left a note". At this point, I'm pissed. The dents on my roof, the rear view mirror and the dishonesty. F*** this place. The way they sealed my windows were shit. They even replaced my rear view windows which I didn't ask for and it looks like shit. Oh also when I took it back home, one of the screws in front wasn't screwed on and I had to screw it on myself. And looks like the windshield wasn't even the best fit for my car cause it just didn't look right. Again, F*** this place. My 2 cents.

On the FOURTH visit they replaced the whole windshield unnecessarily and messed up some sensors and now after their visit today it's almost 10pm and we just noticed the dash lights won't turn off. They messed up the wiring and now my battery will be dead by morning when I'm supposed to leave at 5am for work. This is what they specialize in so I am appalled that this could be such a calamity of errors. I'm sick of rescheduling appointments, driving around with my rear view mirror dangling or missing and now I'll have a dead battery for work in the morning??? Get it together Safelite. Do better for your customers.

I had a chip in my windshield that I needed to get repaired. Went to Safelite, had the work done and left. On the way home, I can see sunlight reflecting from where the chip was. When I pulled over and checked, the chip was still there! The tech had obviously not used enough resin and it did not fill the chip. When I went back to them this morning, the guy tried to convince me that the chip repair was good EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS STILL A CHIP! I will not be going there again and I recommend that you don't either.

Scott gave the quote, with helpful recommendations, and the glass came sooner than we expected. Scott and Aaron did the installation. The end result is perfect! They charged me $142 (immediately), and told me that it would take 3-5 business days to obtain the panel, and repair the window. It has now been 3 weeks and I still do not have the window. They outright lied to my wife on 8/7, saying that the panel was in and that it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon 8/8. It was not. I wish that I had never attempted to do business with Wayne's. They are totally unreliable.
