The staff was very friendly and personable. The waiting room is small with just about 3 or 4 seats, so if they're busy it would be best to just drop your car off and come back later if possible. If you do wait like I did, there is a TV and magazines to keep you occupied and if you need something to drink or munch on they have a little coffee machine and some snacks. Will definitely be back if I need more windshield repairs. (Crossing my fingers that I don't though!)

Came out to replace a windshield. First they did not line it up properly and after breaking the…read moreforward facing camera they said replacing the windshield again would would fix it. After several appointments for which they never showed up they replaced it a second time. While the windshield if fine they have set off sensors in the onboard computer that cannot be cleared. They said they could get it fixed but after several no call no shows they changed their story. Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing, they lie, and they were completely unprofessional toward me.

They put the window in and it was out of alignment and caused alerts to show on my dash for debris covering front camera. They scheduled to pick my van up to recalibrate the issue and never showed. I called to see why and they rescheduled another day. They came late to take my van to have it recalibrated and brought it back late which made me late (costing me money) to get my kids. The van now had new alerts if an ! And the guys told me a heating element was out so it couldn't be recalibrated till that was fixed. I made it clear I had no issues prior to the window being installed and they agreed and said they would make it right. After 4 scheduled appointments and no one came (wasting my day) they finally showed and replaced the window again, getting it aligned with the camera. The alerts did not go away. They watched YouTube videos to problem solve it. I spoke to the office lady and she said she told the owner and he would call me... many weeks later no call. I called and spoke to him he said he never heard of me or the issues. He said, "he ordered a new camera. he would call me Monday to get it installed and he wasn't waiting on insurance to pay for the repairs. He was sorry and he took customer service very serious. 12-2-24 came and went and I called back today... he lied!! He never ordered the camera. He then told me he wanted to schedule a repair to the camera which I was told isn't possible by a dealership because the whole thing needed repairs most likely due to be improperly supported during window replacement. after so many lies and awful unreliable service my husband (solider in the Middle East) told me to not allow them to touch our van again and he will take care of it next year when he returns. This company took advantage of my patience and kindness after dealing with the no shows and lies for 4 months, I give up!!!

Don't even worry about looking around at other businesses, because this business has exactly the qualities you're looking for. If you have to schedule out a week or more, it's well worth the wait. Not all shops are created equal, and you just don't want to have to keep going back to deal with headaches. Now for the main part: I had my windows tinted here with their ceramic IRX film. If you're looking at reviews questioning the ceramic... it's a top notch brand and super respected in the industry. No questions/issues there. There are many decent to good films in the market. This one is a premium one for sure, but the most important thing is the shop. This place excels in customer service and values. I am really skeptical of a lot of service-based businesses these days, because the quality and attention to detail has just gone down hill. I did some research before coming here and determined this was the best place in town. I've lived all over the country and have used multiple window tinting businesses and this one was hands down the best (and that says A LOT because I've been in very big cities). The customer service is top notch. This family-owned business really is reminiscent of what it meant to be a family owned business in the past. I didn't have any issues, but I spoke with them at length and I am 100% satisfied that they would correct any issue that might arise. This fact alone is a reason enough to come here. Not everything will always be perfect, but working with a business who will make things right is increasingly more important every year it seems. With that said, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I would not hesitate to come here, and I tend to be pretty skeptical by nature.
