The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. Even while putting me at risk and admitting fault I was offered no discount. Fast forward a few weeks my check engine light is on and the smell is still there. Some sensors needed replacing apparently and they tell me the smell is from the previous leak and the oil was still underneath the car. Well they were wrong after paying them over $900 dollars.
