I typically go to the dealership for basic oil change and tire rotation because they are faster and have a better discount plan. After the dealership gives me a list of all of the repairs, I then take the list to Service 1st For service. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. I would score them a five on problem solving, professionalism, and quality of work. Their address is 2258 Lithonia Industrial Blvd Lithonia GA 30058. (770) 484-4905

Manny arrived on time, evaluated the scope of work, and completed the job exactly as requested. I was able to continue working from home while Manny handled everything efficiently. The service was pretty fast and they were kinda helpful. I purchased two new tires for $200 which blew me idk why it was $200 for P205/65R16 but hey i needed it last min . The reason i said they were kinda shady is because the way they were acting while providing the service something seemed off an no i was not alone. They made it seem like my bf was trying to leave without paying for the tires which is kinda crazy hence the fact that me an my child was in the car while the car was up off the ground while he was waiting for the dad to come in the shop so he can , but you would of had to been their to understand.

Some sensors needed replacing apparently and they tell me the smell is from the previous leak and the oil was still underneath the car. Well they were wrong after paying them over $900 dollars. I had to go to a new mechanic because my car was still leaking oil badly , when I called the owner he had an attitude about me being upset with the work they did to my car (who wouldn't be) Now I'm paying another $1000 to fix a problem that I already paid choice $900 to fix.
