I purchased an older 1999 Boxter from Auto Excellence Group this summer 2025. I have a bucket list of cars I wanted as drivers and it was time for another. Searching online within a radius of home this Boxter became my choice. I expected that future service and repairs if needed would be costly at a Porsche Dealership. The car had an inspection issue with the horn as I live in NH and Auto Excellence Group is near Boston, I chose to visit a local dealer to do the work and decode the radio security system. Medi was willing to do the horn repair if I returned to the dealership but for convivence I chose to repair it local. As a measure of contrition when I asked if a second key was available as the dealer price was about $800, he sent me a new key free of charge. I will still need the dealer to sync it to the car but the charge for that is minimal. I am looking forward to some nice daytrips with the top down during leaf season through the lakes and mountains this fall. It is a delight to drive. The bottom line is I received a 26 year old car in good condition at a fair price. read more

DON'T BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a car from Medi and all though he is friendly he is a scammer. Bought a car from him and he showed me an old car fax report. When i asked about the cars accident history he told me minor damage. Turns out the car was totaled because of frame damage and has alot of mechanical issues. When i called him he ignored my call and had one of his sales associates give me the run around. He is the exact definition of a shady used car sales man. This place sucks! My father and I went in for the Audi, and the guy was giving us attitude from the beginning. He did not want to want my father to test drive the car because he said he just had a heart attack. At the end of the meeting, when we said not thank you to the deal he offered, he got mad and started swearing at us. Then, later call me to tell me he had my information and that he was going to ruin my credit score. Don't go here. Worst dealership experience in my life. read more

I wish I could give this dealership more than five stars. Medi was very helpful and friendly. Although he has multiple exotic cars for sale, I went in to check out one of the least expensive cars on the lot and was treated like i was buying one of the expensive exotic vehicle he sells. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. Medi is very informative with the vehicles he is selling. Provided me with the carfax when i asked, even showed me recent service records. Auto Excellence had a 1000 mile used Jeep Rubicon. I called, we spoke and we agreed on a price subject to inspection. I was told this is a "premium car" which with only 1,000 miles and every option it should be. (as an aside I used to work at a dealer) It was advertised as complete, etc. We had agreed on a cash sale but I said I would discuss financing a small portion as the price was a little over my budget. Dealers love financing, they get an immediate cash kick back and ongoing revenue from the percent or two they put on your interest rate. I arrived and the truck was dirty. Not so bad but careless. We went for a ride the Jeep was great but the owners manual was missing. I asked if they would get one, Boris said no what you see is it. Truck has a new in the box unused soft top. I asked Boris if I go to use the top and I'm missing any hardware would they follow up? Nope. I ask Boris what kind of used finance rates they are seeing for customers with 740 credit. Boris replies that things like debt to income are used and starts spewing bullshit about how rates differ even for customers with similar credit scores, which by the way is illegal. Still ok, I'm being informed that it's a straight deal with no after sale support whatsoever which is what you expect from a non franchised dealer. I've decided to buy the jeep and if the rate is what my bank (BOA) would do if I was working with a franchised dealer is I was considering financing 10k. I fill out a credit app (huge mistake) and after 10 minutes the owner tells me my credit score is 640. He showed me the "report" on the screen and it was a score determined by some sort of on-line loan consolidator. I was obviously unhappy and I showed him my experian report on my phone, then took my wife and went to lunch. A real shame because it is a sweet jeep. He did call as I was headed south. He said they put in my name wrong (credit reports are keyed on SSN, if name doesn't match it gets rejected) Too much fancy building with fancy cars waiting export to Eastern Europe and too much bullshit to deal with. Went in this car dealership looking to check out a Range Rover. Was greeted by a very nice man(I forget his name) who definitely knew what he was talking about and showed me the Range Rover and others cars I was interested in. However when we went inside the owner was sitting on the couch watching tv and that's not what I'm unhappy about. He seemed not to know a lot about cars and was always talking about how "you get what you pay for" he was very pretentious and mentioned how he had a Lamborghini which I thought was pretty rude. I debated with him for a while because he said you cant switch over from a Japanese car to a nice German or Italian car because he has seen no one ever who can get used to how it handles which makes you not like the car. I was seriously interested in a Audi and Range Rover but I will never come back here again! Their loss. If you come here please don't deal with the owner just deal with the car salesmen he was very nice and knew what he was doing. read more
