Lucky people, their office has the back drop of mountains. My new Honda is the only new car in our family. . . ever. So it just made me want to cry when it had a dent. The dealership wanted to charge me $1999 and another autobody shop was $1350. But Auto Dent was only $800 or something. I wanted to to cry (this time for happiness). When I pulled in I wasn't sure what to expect but I was just trying to get my window fixed and was desperate for help. I had bought the motor for my window and was hesitant to remove the door panel by myself so I stopped in on my way to my night job to see if I could get help. Ron came out and I explained to him the situation. He was able to take off my door panel, replace my window motor, and get it back together in 20 minutes! He did so with the utmost kindness as I had just pulled in to ask for help and even allowed me to arrange payment with him. He charged me an incredibly low price compared what anyone else I contacted charged for this repair (which is why I almost did it myself.) I am so glad I came in and met Ron. My wife drove her white BMW into the garage and we noticed a large black scrape mark on the fender in front of the front wheel. We took the car down to Caliber in Laguna Canyon. Their estimator said the repair would cost $800+ and they would need the car for three days. We decided to get a second opinion, so we drove up the canyon to Auto Dent. One of their technicians came out to the car and said it looked like a paint transfer. He went off to get something to remove the paint and when he was finished, all that was left of the scrape was about an 1/8 inch dot. He mixed some matching BMW paint and our problem vanished. The charge? zero, nada. I gave him a $20 tip and went home with a smile. read more

All I can say that Ron at Auto Dent and his crew did magic to my Honda Accord.I had lots of scratches on both the front and back bumper and a dent on the left side across the doors.The mirrors was scratched up as well and in two or three days they transformed my car into this beautiful, shiny car.At first there was a slight difference between the old paint and the new pain naturally but he managed to match the colors so perfect(which is the hardest thing) that my car looks like brand new! Auto Dent Owner, Ron Price, runs a highly efficient operation, from time of estimate to completion of the work. He and his friendly, professional team provide excellent service at a reasonable price (in my case, far less than that proposed by the dealer and another local body shop). The mostly-cosmetic repairs to my Prius were not covered by insurance and as a retiree, could have caused real pain to my pocketbook.
