Ok, so my 2008 Toyota isn't much by South County standards, but Ron treated my baby like gold when removing dents and scratches from the rear quarter panel recently. Everything is perfect...fit and finish, paint quality..everything. Very reasonable, especially when I was quoted an outrageous sum at another shop for the same work! The bodywork tech was quick and attentive to detail. Unlike those parking-lot dent repair hustlers, any work done at The Auto Dent is guaranteed. Tucked away just past Big Bend in Laguna Canyon, Ron's shop has a very relaxed, Old Laguna vibe that is hard to come by these days. If you love your car as much as I love mine, take it to Ron and it will be restored to its original beauty. His very chill demeanor is so refreshing in this day and age of service writers out to upsell, make a fast buck, and get you out the door ASAP. You will be leaving your car in great hands! read more

Ron and family are outstanding. I had quite a damaged right rear quarter panel on my Toyota 4 x 4 that got hit from a snowplow in Mammoth on a snowboard trip. I can honestly say that after getting the quarter panel replaced and the other damage repaired you cannot tell at all and this is was brand new truck and I'm so happy with the finished product! Thanks Ron and family and will be back for any other dings or dents read more

Having an issue with your car is always frustrating. What makes it even harder is finding someone you can trust to do a good job and not cost an arm and a leg. Ron was not only able to fix the series of problems with my car, but gave an extremely honest and reasonable price. I am so stunned by the final result I had to leave a review. read more

Ron is old school in the best sense of the term... he treats each project as if it were his own car and the results are impressive. He has worked on many of my cars over the years, as well as many people's cars that I referred to him. From smaller dents to entire paint jobs, he is a true craftsman. I even referred my mom to him years ago and the work he did on her car is holding up perfectly. He has high integrity and doing business with him is a pleasure. Ron serve's as an example to all small business owners--this is how it's done properly. read more

Lucky people, their office has the back drop of mountains. My new Honda is the only new car in our family. . . ever. So it just made me want to cry when it had a dent. The dealership wanted to charge me $1999 and another autobody shop was $1350. But Auto Dent was only $800 or something. I wanted to to cry (this time for happiness). I was a bit nervous since my color is very hard to match and because it is a smaller establishment. But I could not believe how perfectly it turned out!!!!! WOWOWOWO. And they are so nice too. Really really nice. Go here!!!! read more

When I pulled in I wasn't sure what to expect but I was just trying to get my window fixed and was desperate for help. I had bought the motor for my window and was hesitant to remove the door panel by myself so I stopped in on my way to my night job to see if I could get help. Ron came out and I explained to him the situation. He was able to take off my door panel, replace my window motor, and get it back together in 20 minutes! He did so with the utmost kindness as I had just pulled in to ask for help and even allowed me to arrange payment with him. He charged me an incredibly low price compared what anyone else I contacted charged for this repair (which is why I almost did it myself.) I am so glad I came in and met Ron. He is a true stand-up guy with small town friendliness. If I ever need anything done again that Ron can do I will definitely be driving out to him!!! read more

I have been taking my beautiful 22 year old black Toyota Camry to Ron at Auto Dent for years. I have had a number of accidents and he always does a great job putting the pieces back together. I also take it in annually to have him clean up the scrapes, scratches and dents. I use this car for business so it's very important that it looks immaculate. I probably would not have been able to keep this car for so long if Ron hadn't done such outstanding body work on it throughout the years. I can't complain about his prices either. They are very fair! Galen C. read more

My wife drove her white BMW into the garage and we noticed a large black scrape mark on the fender in front of the front wheel. We took the car down to Caliber in Laguna Canyon. Their estimator said the repair would cost $800+ and they would need the car for three days. We decided to get a second opinion, so we drove up the canyon to Auto Dent. One of their technicians came out to the car and said it looked like a paint transfer. He went off to get something to remove the paint and when he was finished, all that was left of the scrape was about an 1/8 inch dot. He mixed some matching BMW paint and our problem vanished. The charge? zero, nada. I gave him a $20 tip and went home with a smile. read more

Great work at the LOWEST price possible- what more do you want? Ron is a personable guy and really cares about his customers.

My family and friends have used Les and Ron for decades. Always excellent work, on time, and fair prices. Joe L

I thought my truck was totaled after I rear-ended some poor guy, but Ron & Co. at Auto Dent were able to replace the hood, bumper and all the chrome bling, then painted it and detailed it so it actually looks better than before the crash! It kinda makes me want to crash my other car. Excellent, personalized, professional service. Highly recommended. read more

Ron did a fantastic job with my Audi! My car had been backed into at a coffee shop, putting creases in the rear door and fender. Not only did Ron make it look brand new, but he also did the job at a faaaar better price than any of my other estimates. I recommend him for any of your auto body needs, and ESPECIALLY if you have a high end car. THANKS RON! read more

All I can say that Ron at Auto Dent and his crew did magic to my Honda Accord.I had lots of scratches on both the front and back bumper and a dent on the left side across the doors. The mirrors was scratched up as well and in two or three days they transformed my car into this beautiful, shiny car.At first there was a slight difference between the old paint and the new pain naturally but he managed to match the colors so perfect(which is the hardest thing) that my car looks like brand new! And the best part was that he did all these for $1300! Other places would have asked a lot more for that job! Ron is very reliable and a genuinely nice guy, I recommend Auto Dent to everyone who wants an incredibly good quality repair work for very reasonable price! 5 stars Man!! Thanks,Robert read more

Best place to take your auto for bodywork repair. Excellent workmanship.

I was referred to Auto Dent by auto repair specialists, Bill Schuster & Sons, Inc. (another Laguna Beach treasure). Auto Dent Owner, Ron Price, runs a highly efficient operation, from time of estimate to completion of the work. He and his friendly, professional team provide excellent service at a reasonable price (in my case, far less than that proposed by the dealer and another local body shop). The mostly-cosmetic repairs to my Prius were not covered by insurance and as a retiree, could have caused real pain to my pocketbook. Instead, my car looks like new again and I could not be happier with the results. read more

Ron at Auto Dent completely transformed a wreck into a beautiful, shiny car! It was a present for my daughter I purchased at an auction and I was understandably worried about how it would after significant body repair. You cannot tell it was ever in an accident! He was fast, honest, nt the extra mike for us, and $2,000 less than the ther estimate. read more

We recently moved into Laguna from out of state with our Suburban. Still getting used to the very close quarters for parking and lost a fight with a pole on the rear fender skirt. Went to Yelp to find recommendations. Everyone was spot on. Ron did a great job, paint match, on time, on estimate. I thought a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Ron and crew! read more

2 thumbs up. My 69 Camaro looked great!! Blended the paint and it looked amazing!!!! You will be pleased.

My 12 year old car needed bodywork to repair the scrapes and dings inflicted on it over time. I got several estimates, one from Ron at Auto Dent. His price was extremely competitive and the work done was perfect! The car hasn't looked this good since new! Ron was great to work with and very creative in coming up with cost effective solutions when they really mattered. read more

Auto Dent did a superb job on my badly dented bumper of my 2004 Mercury. Looks like new. His estimate was the lowest of the three that I got before selecting Auto Dent. Ron, the owner, is very friendly. Highly recommended. read more

To all- I could not have been more pleasantly surprised as to how great my car came out @ Auto Dent. I was VERY price sensetive when I was getting estimates and Ron's was far and away the lowest (by over $1,000 lower!!) so I moved forward thinking "oh, I am gonna get what I paid for" but the work needed to me done. Mucht to my surprise the are he worked on looked PERFECT! Based on the amount I saved and the quality of work, I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Thanks RON!!! read more
