We called emergency to fix the dishwasher machine . They never come to fix . Omg ! And I asked to customer service why they did not come here for fix who told me JUST FORGOT!!!!! And One month later I called emergency to fix a dishwasher machine to customer service again. Because their machine is terrible and old .. They did not come here .... we got same terrible problem 2 times !!!!!!! Omg !!!!! And I met to technician on the street and I asked why you guys did not come here for fix ? It's emergency!!!!! They told me JUST FORGET!!!!!!!!! I requested to quit Business with them . Super visor came and he told me you should pay penalty fee $25000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Auto-Chlor. Just don't get me started. If I had my choice, my employees would not be forced to work with this substandard equipment. It has been repaired 5 times in the past 3 weeks. 5 emergency service calls. I was promised a new dishwasher. Nope, another flooded bar instead. I am forced to continue to honor my end of their contract however they are not holding up to their end. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. BUY YOUR OWN DISHWASHER AND HAVE A LOCAL EQUIPMENT REPAIR COMPANY MAINTAIN IT (it only needs maintenance twice a year and buy your chemicals at Cash and Carry) Don't get roped into a 5 year contract with their garbage equipment. read more

I have had autochlor service for over 12 years at my restaurant and they have been reliable and have always responded quickly for emergency services. Our monthly services were fine and I've had many different technicians over the years to see who does extra thorough job and who does just the basics. About 6 month ago, I met our new technician, Floyd, and he has been such a delight to see each month. He spents the time to service our machine and makes sure that we are fully stocked with all the cleaning solution. He was so quick to respond when we ran into an issue and fixed the problem in no time. Floyd's visits come with a big smile and the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. I was very put off by my recent hiring experience with this company for an administrative role. Caitlin, their regional HR Director emailed me asking me to send her a few good times for her to call me regarding the position so I promptly sent her a few good times. I never heard back from her so I took the initiative to call her the next day. She was extremely rude as her demeanor gave me the impression that I was bothering her at an inconvenient time, she said she'd call me back. That was days ago and needless to say I haven't heard from her. My experience with Caitlin tells me I'd probably hate working there. Dear Caitlin, please remember that the hiring process is a two way street, you are judging me but I am also judging you. What a nasty company Auto Chlor is....Lie, Lie, Lie about their greatness so that you sign a 5 year lease that rolls over after the term. Then Auto Chlor drives up your cost with that crazy pay by load or flat fee program. I found it to be more like a loss profit dishmachine and cleaning chemicals. Old machines with open greasy sumps and did not even care about my results or water usage.. For the amount of business and covers I feed per month this company did not care about me..... The last meeting with these jerks was when thay said we are going to court for early lease termination. Take it from me... Auto Chlor has no issues with burning it's bridges. Find a dishwashing company that cares about your business. Do the right thing for business!! read more

Restaurant owners should try to avoid signing contract with them. In case you lease a new restaurant and their dishwasher still there, you could push their rate lower, because they cannot do anything with the old machine except dumping it to a garbage collector. Be very careful about their contract. 4 weeks and 1 month service should be reviews closely. Be ready to terminate them and buy your own machine a few months before contract ends. Make sure, do not let them roll over the new contract. read more

They have tremendous service. My dishwasher broke down on Christmas eve and they came out within 45 minutes and got it back up and running!!! read more
