Terrible experience!!! don't use them!!! took 2 weeks longer than expected with no communication!…read moreCar star took an extra 2 weeks on a job that should have taken a few days. They gave me the date to bring my car in and still took that long. They did my estimate and should have had this planned better. They didn't tell me it would be a 2 week job or offer a rental or even tell me to find my own rental. I even drove by the garage and saw my car parked in the parking lot with no work done on it for a few days. After the first week I was called on Friday at about 4pm and told it would be another week and given no explanation. I was told that "these things take time". On Thursday of the second week I called them and asked on the progress and I was told that they ordered parts, but weren't sure they'd have them on time since they came broken and had to re order. If I wouldn't have called I likely would have had to wait another weekend with zero communication. In this phone call I had to wait on hold for quite a while while they figured out what was even happening. They still didn't know and had to call me back. It wasn't until my Dad got on the phone and asked for an explanation they finally said they'd have my car done the next day and had parts issues. Overall, I so so so don't recommed this place. Im not a bad person to work with, all I need is a little communication. I understand that they might be backed up, and shipment issues are likely out of their control. but that was so so so bad for so many reasons. As a single female trying to take care of herself they mistreated me. I called my insurance provider and told them not to recommend Car Star anymore. My agent said they had another customer complain about them as well and would take Car Star off their list of places they recommend. Rodney was my point of contact with Carstar and was awful. He was unhelpful, made me feel like i was an inconvience, and didnt take me serious until my dad called for me. My insurance provider even said another person had complained about Rodney as well. Save yourself the time and frustration and just try another place.

When we returned that day before they closed, Jamie carefully showed the damaged parts and what caused the damage. Their repair was far more thorough than when we originally had the camper renovated two years ago. They also showed us other problems with the camper which they fixed. We felt incredibly fortunate to have found them.

I dropped it off and picked it up 1 day later. They told me a whole of bunch of things were wrong with it. I scheduled a time to bring it back a week later. When I got it home the car started to over heat (which was not the reason I brought it in for). I realized all the radiator fluid had been removed from my car. I figured I would just bring it to my friend who was to busy in the first place to have it fixed. which he did. Then I got a bill from the Toybox stating I owe them 379.29. I was told I would get a call from the owner. 2 months later I get a call stating I better pay them there money and I told them over my dead body. I'm an Uber-driver, and I got into a fender-bender in February (I actually had a rider in my car!…read more Everyone was ok). I did have some front end bodywork that needed to be done. At first, I didn't think it was too bad, but then I failed the Uber inspection (and I couldn't work ) and then I noticed some other things wrong, like the headlights were off and out of line, and the air conditioning didn't work, something that I didn't realize was wrong because it was cold outside. So we got three quotes from different places, one of them was Bob's collision. The two others were cheaper, it's true, but Bob's was the most detailed. They thought of everything. They thought of lightbulbs, they thought about how far back the radiator got pushed, they thought about the air conditioner, and they thought about all the sensors. They didn't just think about how the front of the car would look. We chose Bob's collision because we knew they would do the best job, and they did. They worked with our insurance company, and there was absolutely no stress. When we got back the car, it was like it was brand new. We are so happy with how it turned out. We would go there again for any kind of body work that needed to be done. Thanks Bob's collision!
