Called the store at least 10 times and had someone from the auto care center pick up and hang up twice on me. Ended up calling Walmart's corporate number, told them about the entire issue and had them look into the order so I could just know if they had been delivered. Ended up getting the order refunded and bringing my car elsewhere. Spend the extra money and get the service you deserve, I would've had new tires if I would've stuck with Town Fair Tire. Beware of this store!

Some of the parts I selected were cheaper than the original ones, and they pocketed that price difference as well.

Told me you can't lock in a price if you order a car not on the lot. You can at any other dealership. Made claims about "all new vehicles these days" that weren't true, like they don't come with spare tires and they all have huge display screens. Said okay, we can't agree on a price, but if you have any sales in the future, like Ford has employee pricing, let me know. He was very offended and said, "We don't bribe people to buy our cars." Sales are common in all industries. The next day he called me to say, "You know, the car comes with a full tank of gas." Every car comes with a full tank of gas.
