I spent 4 hours driving, took time off work twice, and wasted a lot of my time trying to get something as simple as 2008+ gray seat belt buckles... only to deal with an unprofessional, unapologetic representative who couldn't be bothered to at least apologize for his mistake (or that of his coworkers).. never mind even trying to correct the mistakes, which include wrong part and wrong color on the first trip and wrong part, missing parts and incorrect order form on trip two. This is just for seat belt buckles.. Humility and professionalism go a long way Mike Cavooto. How about walking over 40 feet to check the part for me like I suggested so I could have avoided another 2 hour drive and you could have taken some initiative to help out a customer who was left in a bad spot by LKQ? I go to junk yards often enough where I'd dealt with companies making mistakes, but every time, those companies have gone out of their way to make it right. It's as simple as, offering free shipping OR having the yard expedite the order for a costumer who was wronged OR getting hands on the item which was only 40 feet from you before I drove two hours OR even... just... apologizing. I was extremely patient with you, but perhaps that was the issue. Maybe you're more receptive to people making a scene. I would like to give credit to Shawn (Sean?) McKenna who realized the situation and without being prompted, apologized, like a decent person. I gave Mr. Cavooto opportunities to do ANYTHING to make this remotely right, you chose to do absolutely nothing. I'm sure this review means nothing to you as well. I'd avoid this company. Michael Cavooto makes it seem like they're too big to care about regular people. If you do go there, try requesting Mr. McKenna or at least, avoid Michael Cavooto or Mario.. or whatever name he decides to go by.

He helped me out knowing my family is in a bind. I am now a loyal customer and I highly recommend their services. He truly lived the "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you." motto! Thank you, Chris, for your compassion and empathy during a stress-filled time! :)

Due to the diligence of the citizens of the town of Leominster concerned citizens contacted to police to make sure he was alright, as he contacted AAA to get his truck unstuck so he could DRIVE it to work because it's still operational. But the REAL gratuity goes to E.T. Cote Auto Exchange for towing his functioning, legal truck immediately upon arrival -even as they were being informed he had AAA and was trying to utilize it. Charging us for the tow (which is fine but you shouldn't have lied and said you HAD to tow it to your lot when you could have towed it hundreds of feet to his work or even out of the spot for him to drive since he had no legal infractions because he didn't break the law he just slipped on icy roads because it's a "liability") They towed his truck which contained CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR MY CHILDREN AND MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY GIFTS. So instead of him coming home from his overnight shift as a public safety officer to present my daughter with her much anticipated birthday surprise, we now have to WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY TO GET HIS TRUCK BACK. So now my kids are out some of their gifts, and the means of safe transportation in the inclement weather we are potentially receiving on Christmas Day. After multiple attempts at contact only to be left with an automated system and the guy who "runs the place" Christopher Carignan or something of that nature pretty much forcibly and illegally towing a legal, operational vehicle to a lot for storage until Tuesday, I genuinely thank you for breaking this two angels' hearts and ruining my daughter's birthday. Merry Christmas.
