After struggling with several other body shops, I turned to DSC Auto Body. They performed really…read moreexcellent services. Unlike other body shops, they only keep clients waiting for 1-2 weeks to make an appointment. At the same time, they could order necessary parts to further save time. Fred was so nice and patient. He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. And they even detailed all inside of our car. What a great service! Finding a reliable body shop is not an easy thing. My wife and I were really grateful that we found DSC Auto Body.

He was very responsive, timely and made my interior look brand new (even with a stain from my friend's dog getting sick in my passenger seat) - which he was able to get out! He was friendly/polite, not pushy and set realistic expectations and worked well around my schedule. I didn't post pictures only because I forgot to take some as I'm writing this and I'm not near my car at the moment. It was too clean that I chose to make my boyfriend drive around today! Love the "comes to customer" service, prices are very fair and I would definitely use Sean's services again. I highly recommend him! Thank you again Sean!

Sean was a very polite, smart and a customer oriented person. Sean had all the equipment needed to get the job done at our house. He called me that morning to say he was running 15 minutes late and was finishing up a job- no problem. He came when he said he would. I explained what needed to be done and we were selling the Honda. He quickly began his work and brought everything including the water. My driveway was spotless when he was done too. Sean certainly takes pride in his work and is a hard worker. My car looked new inside and out and it only took about 2 hours- as he estimated. Pricing was competitive and well worth it! Convenience- No need to bring it anywhere and got my laundry done! I highly recommend Sean/ EastCarDetailing and we will be using him again for our other cars. Thanks Sean!
