They were able to quickly replace my flat tire with a new one of the same brand, size, and series (would have bought two new tires, but couldn't fit in the budget). Even though their website didn't have any scheduled appointments, Tyler and Chase were able to squeeze me in. They gave me a great price and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the fast, capable service, Tyler and Chase! And after everything (both times), they properly stowed the spare tire! Waiting area is clean, comfortable, with free drinks. They call me tell me the noise that I was hearing was from my big tires on my truck and charge me for a tire rotation, which I never agreed for them to do. I get to the shop asked them if they would ride with me to hear the noise I was originally talking about. To their surprise, they heard the noise I was originally referring to.I tell them what I think it might be and I left the truck with them to look at it again. I've attached the estimate they gave me to fix what "the issue was". My husband looks at it because he said there's no way that noise could be from what they stated. And what did he find out, sure enough all it was was broken brake clips. This cost me roughly $12 I think to replace. The whole point to this post is to say, wait let your husband look at it or you can just take it to the shop like I did get charged for something it didn't need and then get lied to about an expensive unnecessary repair. Also,I've learned that even though this is 2024 we are still in the 1900s Era where men think women don't know crap.

Then there were multiple scratches and large swirl marks where they attempted to remove whatever this substance was and further ruined the finish. They tried to claim it was like this when I brought it in. I produced a picture of my vehicle two weeks before they received it, nothing wrong with the paint job. Their employee Levi told me that my vehicle was dirty and the dirt remaining on my vehicle for six months caused erosion to the finish. So I asked him if they had knowledge that dirt remaining on a vehicle for six months would destroy the finish, why not give it a quick rinse upon receiving it? He told me that wasn't their job. Yesterday I took it to a paint expert and his diagnosis was not that the paint was eroded by dirt remaining on the vehicle for six months. He said it was chemical overspray that got onto my vehicle. I spoke to Kenneth the manager, sent the photo of my vehicle with no issues two weeks prior to them receiving it and they still refused to take responsibility and fix this mess they created. The first picture is my vehicle two weeks prior to them receiving it. A little bit dirty, but no damage to the paint. The next 3 pictures show the damage they caused to my finish. Whatever they got on it cause the clearcoat to erode and ruined my paint job. It's going to cost me thousands to repair this damage. I am heartbroken over this and would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to them for repairs!

It took three separate visits to finally get a straight answer regarding why it wouldn't be fixed, eventually being told that since the glass required replacement, they "don't cover that"--a direct contradiction to what was promised at signing. ​Tire Service: I experienced the same inconsistency regarding a nail in my tire--an item supposedly covered by my warranty. It took multiple visits to get any clarity, only to be told they "don't plug tires anymore" and that I would have to take it elsewhere to pay out of pocket. ​Missing Equipment: After a recent service appointment, my lug nut key is now missing. My Subaru broke down on the road and needed to be towed into the dealership. The first available diagnostic appointment was one week out. No loaners available until more than two weeks out from the time my car broke down. Once the car arrived at adventure Subaru for its appointment on a Wednesday at 2:45, it was not looked at until the following Monday. Then we got to play phone tag with a customer service rep named Trey for the next four days. I pray for Trey, may he never encounter a customer service representative as profoundly inadequate at their job as he is at his job at Adventure Subaru. I realize that this is not entirely his fault as he is following the protocols and examples of those who trained and manage him. Finally on day 8 of my car being at this facility with no loaner to drive, I insisted on speaking to Trey right then. Wouldn't you know it, he was suddenly able to talk and finally return my husband's phone calls and voicemails that had been left everyday that week. All to find out it would cost $9,000 to repair a car that is only worth $10,000. I never plan to buy another Subaru again because of my experience at Adventure Subaru.
