I like that everything was electronic so I didn't have to leave my house. All done by pictures and electronic signing. He went above and beyond even called me on my birthday and wanted to check in. The IRS came after me saying I owed them more money on a cancelled debt...not a great day when I got that letter in the mail. When the IRS contacts you about anything, why hassle trying to figure out the best course of action or get a tax attorney. Dean is an independent agent in cahoots with the IRS. He passed all their in-depth technical courses and became an EA (Enrolled Agent) for them. The IRS uses him to help you and they save on employee salaries. I don't know where to begin. I am so grateful and thankful for Dean and Athoritax! I messed up on my taxes big time, it was my first time ever trying to do them on my own. I used dean after a call I made to him. He sounded like he knew what he was doing but after the initial call it was all down hill. It took him over 6 weeks to do my taxes with 3 completion dates in weekly intervals that he never meet.
