We have used other services before, but were looking to establish a relationship with tax preparers in San Diego (since we are relatively new to the area). They charged us significantly more than the quote, and I had to email them back and forth asking for an explanation for over a week (and very close to the filing deadline). Very quick turnaround and reasonable price. To cut right to it, their base return fee is $400. This can increase based on complexity. I say reasonable because I was quoted by 3 other places for $800, $500, and $300. I usually file my own taxes, but this year I got a form I wasn't as familiar with and didn't want to deal with the headache. I contacted this company through Yelp, and they got me set up for a consultation call with Arman. The consultation call is free, and this is when they give you the initial quote. I was also told on the call that if I just wanted them to review my taxes after I finished them myself, that would be $250. After the initial call, the process for getting the return was pretty quick from there. They send you a link to upload your documents. Within a day or two, I was contacted with a draft and some follow-up questions. I know we're in the busy season (2 weeks out from the deadline), but Arman was really easy to reach via email or call to discuss any of my questions. After I okayed the return, they sent it over to sign. Then after paying their fee, they submitted the return and sent a confirmation email. This whole process took me less than a week. read more

Beware of them to do your books. At first Tony was amazing and very responsive. Then their book keeper completely ruined what was once perfect books according to other accountants. They unmatched all of our transactions for 2023, and left us in the dust to take care of this and several thousand dollars later.
