They have always gotten me in quickly and are extremely pleasant. I have been very happy with my haircut both times... by two different stylists. Chloe is a people person, kind, easy going, listens to exactly what you want and beyond delivers! She constantly checks in with you each step of the way to see your thoughts on the cut and service. It's a cute salon that also sells a small collection of clothes and accessories. They offer you something to drink every time you come in. I see plenty of men getting their hair cut here too. I make my appointments online and wait for approval by my stylist. I've always been happy with the service at this salon! There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting.
