I make my appointments online and wait for approval by my stylist. I've always been happy with the service at this salon! There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting.
