This company is very unprofessional! They came to our home to give us a quote, told us the wood get back to us with the quote & we never heard back from them. When we contacted them after a few weeks & they had 2 different excuses as to why they never got back to us & said they were sorry & they would send the quote over & just never did! We waited for them for over a month w/ zero response when we could have been calling other companies to handle the work! Sorry about the delay in the review... These guys bailed me out, hardcore !!! I needed to find a piece of wood for a demo fixture I was building for the CES tradeshow in Vegas. I took my sample piece that i butchered, which was a particleboard-bamboo laminate tabletop, the size of a large cutting board... They hooked me up with a piece of real Bamboo countertop, cut it, and sanded it as I waited! I was a walkup, out of the blue! Tim and his Authentic Cabinetry crew had done the cabinets for four people I know, both large and small jobs. Their cabinets were beautiful, so when It was time to remodel my kitchen, I told my general contractor that I wanted to use Tim and Authentic Cabinetry, no matter what the price. According to my general contractor Tim's prices are very reasonable, and he's already asked him to build the cabinets on another job. As for my kitchen, Tim took precise measurements and helped us problem solve the tricky spots. He then met with us twice to get every detail just as we wanted it (and to go over various options). Tim was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I never felt rushed and his manner gave me complete confidence that our job would be done right. On the day the cabinets were delivered and installed, Tim was there with his crew, so he saw the project through from conceptualization to installation. The cabinets are beautiful!! As another customer said, I cried tears of joy. Tim's crew was so careful not to damage the cabinets getting them into place, and incredibly detail-oriented in their installation. They also treated our home with care, putting blankets under their tools when they laid them out on our deck,and sweeping up every last bit of dust from cutting the trim pieces. quality. quality. quality. there is no way to describe the moment i saw our new kitchen other than to say i was blown away. speechless. i have never seen such quality and attention to detail. hats off to the crew at authentic cabinetry. they did the cabinets in our whole house. kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc. everything they did was perfect. i never imagined it could look that nice. my wife and i couldn't be happier. now, don't expect authentic cabinetry to have the cheapest prices. these are custom cabinets designed specifically for your tastes and your home. however, the final outcome makes it worth every penny. quite honestly, i feel you get what you pay for. if you go cheap, well... the owner, tim, is a craftsman through and through. he has been in business over 20 years and this guy knows his stuff. he'll give his opinion if you ask it but he's more interested in hearing about what you want and giving a suggestion only if you ask. as for his crew, they were professional, courteous and did an amazing job installing our cabinets. i don't know what i was expecting but i was so impressed by these guys. they did an amazing job and didn't leave until the job was done right. they truly are a group of perfectionists. which is what you want when they are installing your cabinets, right? i could go on and on but i basically just wanted to give these guys the credit they deserve. in this day and age, i think it's important to support these family businesses that are truly about quality and customer satisfaction. they pass with flying colors and i would recommend them to anyone. i wish yelp had more stars... if you are doing a remodel or building a new home, you need to check these guys out. you will not be disappointed. you have my word on that. read more

Tim was recommended to me by an interior designer who uses him for all of her jobs. And I can see why. They just installed our new bathroom cabinets yesterday and both are perfect. The workers were on time, very nice and left the house in the same state of cleanliness as when they arrived. The quality is solid and we couldn't be happier with the results. I just wish I knew about him when I had my kitchen done. I don't have too much experience with cabinets, but the pricing I got seemed to be quite reasonable. I can't say enough about Authentic Cabinetry. Tim, the owner, is kind, enthusiastic, professional. and the best! During the meetings to design my kitchen he was so connected to my project. He gave suggestions but was never pushy and was very patient. He really understood what I wanted and the final design was great. I was anxious to have them installed because I knew the cabinets were going to be beautiful. He came in with his team and everyone was professional and very nice. When I came home from work to check on the progress, I could not believe my eyes. I cried tears of joy! I knew the cabinets were going to be great but they were beyond my wildest dreams. The design was exactly what it was on paper. My cabinets are amazing. My kitchen has been finished for several months now. I still sit and stare at it. I often explain my joy to friends by telling them, to me my kitchen is the equivalent to Disneyland to a child. Every time I walk into my kitchen my heart sings. We had two doors and a new shelf put in our present kitchen. Tim came and measured the space which was an opening that used to hold a microwave that we decided to put on the counter to make it easier to use, This left an open cabinet space that we had an adjustable shelf put in and two doors that matched the rest of kitchen cabinets. They did a terrific job in matching the stain and cabinet style and were able to get the same pull handles. Authentic Cabinetry made two beautiful walnut vanities for our bathrooms and they are the highlight of our remodel. Tim was very helpful during the design phase: he listened to what we wanted, but shared the benefit of his experience with us to avoid us asking for something we didn't really want/understand.
