RUSHED AND LIED TO!!!!! I booked my appointment for 3pm. I get a text from Mark Anthony asking if I could come in earlier. I say yes and make my way towards the barber shop. Soon after getting on the road, I get a text asking how close I was. I send the mileage from what my phone said and then get another text asking how long will that take. I give the info and ask if he had an appointment at 3pm. He said he need to leave at 3pm because something had came up. That's why he asked if I could come earlier. I get to the shop, explained what I wanted and moved forward with the cut. Without going into all the details, I had to ask twice to get some areas fixed. I felt like he was rushing through my cut. There was more that needed to be corrected but assuming that the rush was because he needed to go, I didn't feel like explaining what was wrong with the cut. The service was ended and I tipped and left out. The cut overall was not that bad, so I went back inside to get a business card. That's when I see he has another person in the chair doing another cut. This the "RUSHED AND LIED TO" title. I will not return based off of principles. Now I'm stuck with this unfinished haircut. I found this place on Yelp for a friend that came to visit from out of town. The great reviews and close proximity to the airport was honestly why I decided to recommend this place. I was able to make an appointment with Jacob, and he gave him one of the best haircuts AND beard trims he's ever had. He really knew what he was doing with the beard, and was not the least hesitant to bring the clippers to it. If you've ever passed by and thought about trying this place out, YOU SHOULD!! Been coming here for a while now, since Albert joined the team. The shop always has a great feel to it, and Albert has always been super flexible in working with my schedule. It also helps that I've never gotten a haircut from him that I didn't like, and I'm about as picky a customer as can be. This was our first time here. My son had an appointment with Joey. Since this was our first time there we arrived early. These guys definitely have a loyal clientele. Joey was on time for our appointment. That goes a long way for me. I showed him a picture of how my son likes his hair and he cut it perfect! He even did a couple extras that I wasn't expecting. My son was out of the chair in record time (comparing to other places we have gone to). I give Joey 5 stars! I give the establishment 5 stars as well. The place was great, music was awesome, the barbers seemed to be skilled, but I wouldn't know due to the long wait time. I walked in and was happy to seen one guy that was there in front of me. I was waiting enjoying the Latin free style for a bit then more people started coming in. The guy in front of me got called and i was patiently waiting.
