So I gave her a call, and she was cautiously optimistic about being able to handle my son, and she was very kind and professional. So, I booked an appointment. Nelly was definitely kind and friendly with me and my son. She catered to him by making him feel comfortable, giving him something to watch on Netflix, and just good vibes all around.
