The owner of the company provided our estimate, the team arrived within the time windows predicted, they were competent and courteous, and they did a *fantastic* job modernizing our system to heat quietly and evenly throughout. They added a vent to a bathroom that had been inexplicably left without one, improved the insulation throughout, and added an attic walkway for safety. We've been tolerating very uneven temps and noisy vents for the past 10 years, and I wish we would have discovered Green Collar sooner! It is *NICE* in here. The few system repairs have been covered by the contract, including emergency service over summer weekends. The consistent excellent year round performance of our Carrier system has proven McCullough's annual maintenance fee to be a great value, with peace of mind. Most recently, Linel discovered rodent damage of our AC ducts. After exterminators resealed the house Ian was immediately sent by McCullough to repair the ducts reestablishing the sealed system. McCullough stands behind their warrantied installation, HVAC annual inspections and works effectively with other contractors.
