Ambiance of this coffee shop is so unique! The staff is so nice and lots of syrup choices! The coffee and tea is inexpensive compared to other coffee shops in winter park, and it's a great location to work remote. Strong WiFi! Tiny parking lot but I've always found a spot.

Came in to check out their new location. It's about 3 times the size of their old location which was only about 1.5 miles down the road. Upon entry we were greeted right away. We ordered a drip coffee and an iced hazelnut oat milk latte. We also added a cheese danish which is from a local bakery and a vegan egg sando. All items were very good and service was very quick and friendly. There are plenty of places to sit both inside and outside. It offers tables and chairs as well as couches and booths. They have many food options and also serve alcohol for those who are looking for a lil extra kick. They have a performing stage which is used nightly with different themes each night. We definitely enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon to enjoy some of the night time fun.

I'm no stranger to Austin's but this is my first stop at the new location. I'm so happy they were able to find a new space, and honestly I heard a few mention it as an upgrade and I agree! There's so much more space, sunlight and parking here. Service is the same as always - friendly and great at suggestions. Easily one of my favorite remote work locations.

This is Austin's new location after a hard effort to save their last location which was not far ho the road. But this is an amazing space for them that is MUCH bigger than the old one. They have nightly events which include open mike night among others. Very lively at night. Even during the day there are plenty of tables and space to roam. Tons of art line the walls and they even were able to save some of the brickwork from the old location to display here on the walls and counter space. I tried the staple iced lavender Americano. The size is a bit small at the $5 price point but the coffee is well made and hits the spot on a hot day.

I stopped in while I was shopping at Trader Joe's just to see if I could get my free cookie. Heather greeted us when we walked in and she informed us that they just got rid of the app and rolled out a new loyalty program. The new program is really confusing. I scanned the QR code and it makes you input a credit card but it only accepts Master Card or Visa. I only had my Discover on me and I was very put off by the fact that I had to add a credit card just to join a loyalty program. Heather was so kind and patient. She was more than happy to give me my free cookie even though I couldn't make a new account. I felt so bad that my friend and I also decided to purchase a cookie. She ended up also giving us the second cookie on the house because she felt bad. Heather mentioned the new loyalty program rolled out in South Florida, where they are headquartered, and just rolled out to Orlando. She said it's been a big frustration with customers. As a marketing professional, it's a big miss by Night Owl to not alert their old loyalty users about this change. If it wasn't for Heather, this rating would've been significantly lower. As for the cookies, we got the Brookie and Oreo cheesecake. Both were delicious and not overly sweet.

This location offers private parking area. It's a little bit bigger. A huge THANK YOU to JR, Manager and his team who helped make this experience magical. We had so much fun while making great memories. We ordered cocktails, patisserie and shared small bites while decorating the cake pieces. They offer coffee options and cocktails. I loved their Expresso Martini. The cake pieces are top quality and delicious. Staff were very attentive and polite. Again, thank you for making this day very special.

Elegant, glossy, and almost too pretty to eat. Almost. Taste & Texture: 4/5 -- This cake is RICH rich. My only little "ehhh" was the texture of the glaçage drip. Personally, it wasn't my favorite mouthfeel--but listen, that did NOT stop my fork from continuing its ministry. If you like your chocolate cake dark, decadent, rich, and a little sexy... baby, this is the move. Basically, this isn't "lemme grab a little piece of cake." Lots of real candles, burlesque pictures, and flowers made the mood cozy and sexy. The staff were wonderful. To drink, I got the lickin love with Cabernet (milk chocolate on the rim with a white chocolate drizzle). It was so fun and delicious. For my dessert, I ordered the fever, which consisted of a chocolate molten cake, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate decoration. It was so delicious and decadent. My girlfriends loved the carrot cake and the fourgasm (4 dessert sampler). Everything was a bit expensive, but you're paying for the expensive. My one minor complaint was that we had not been there an excessive amount of time, but as we were checking out, we were informed we needed to leave because they needed our table in 5 minutes. I did not care for that. Overall, this was a really fun experience and I'm sad we had to say goodbye.

Inside, they even have someone making the noodle which was so fun to watch. We came for Magical Dining and everything we tried was so tasty. To start, we tried the Cesar salad (so good with plenty of dressing), bruschetta (was fresh but wished there was a little more balsamic glaze on it), and the pear carpaccio (didn't think I would enjoy this as much as I did, fresh pear that went well with the contrast of the blue cheese). For entrees we ordered the pumpkin ravioli (love a good seasonal dish and the 3 cheese sauce was perfect), tagliatelle with mushroom (personally I don't like mushrooms but the others love this dish the most), pappardelle tomato basil (the ricotta brings a very nice touch to a basic dish), and the pappardelle inferno (the server warned us it's hot and our group likes hot but it was much hotter than expected, not sure I would be able to finish the whole dish by myself). For dessert I got the tiramisu and it came in the cutest little pot like it was a plant. Instead of coco powder on top they had shavings of chocolate which gives it a nice little crunch.

We came for magical dining at lunchtime on a Sunday. Service was good, ambiance is fine, but the food was the biggest let down. For appetizers we tried the bruschetta (3 slices of bread with chopped tomatoes and onions) and the pear carpaccio (thinly sliced pear with Gorgonzola, very tiny pieces of walnut and balsamic drizzle), both quite underwhelming, basic. Entrees were a bit better with the pumpkin ravioli and the parpadelle tomato basil but it was disappointing to see that there weren't any entrees with animal protein in them -- I think it's reasonable to ask for at least one on a magical dining menu. Lastly, the dessert. While the tiramisu and the cannoli tasted fine, we were served 1 cannoli and 1 small tiramisu in a small (but very cute and creative) plant vase. I don't plan to return. My suggestion is to skip Luca and go to its sister restaurant in College Park.
