We were excited to try this locally owned burrito spot since there aren't many options up this way. The menu has a wide selection of burritos, cheese dips and salads. This isn't your Chipotle or Moe's type of setting. The burritos/bowls already have selected ingredients for you. You place your order up front and they bring your food to you. My husband and I ordered the "High Livin" burrito and bowl which has grilled steak, cheese, pico, rice and beans. I added sour cream and hot salsa. They also ask what for temp on your steak which is great bc I love my steak medium rare! We also ordered the "Queso Perfecto" which is their white cheese dip which is topped with pico and guacamole. The kids shared a chicken bowl and a steak quesadilla. Everything was decently priced so we paid about $35 for a family of 5. Now the ratings.... The burrito wasn't anything special. Tasted like Moe's so I wasn't thrilled about it. Meat was bland, rice was hard and no flavor which made everything just taste ok. The Audi although was delicious. The guacamole and pico gave the cheese dip an extra taste and the chips have a little kick to them as well. Overall, I'm glad we something locally owned nearby. If you're looking for flavor, this is not the place to go. I do recommend trying them out as I love supporting locally owned businesses! read more

Here right now eating lunch after a Sunday workout. Had the original Austin Burrito bowl with no cheese, and extra beans instead. Also a side of guacamole and chips. I gotta say, I am impressed. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. The guac is good, not salty, which i hate, too much sodium in everything nowadays anyway. Got the rojo sauce on the side and it is great! This a great spot if you you're looking for a quick Tex Mex fix. I decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised! The whole time I was eating I kept feeling like I was cheating on Chipotle cause they are just that good! The roasted broccoli burrito was calling my name and I had to answer. It was very well put together and all the ingredients were so fresh. The chips and queso was delicious as well! The food is extremely over priced and doesn't taste good at all. The 'crispy chicken ' option for the burrito is just a pre-frozen chicken tender. Most of the toppings are from cans and still cold. The burritos are very small. I also ordered the queso with chips which was a under $6. The queso container is very small and it didn't taste great. Lastly I got a churro which was $6.50 and it was the size of my middle finger in length. It tasted nothing like a churro and there was so much sugar/cinnamon on the outside, that's all you could taste. Won't ever order from here again. read more

The burritos were very small, cold, and had barely any meat in them. Just rice and beans. Welcome to the land of blah. This was my first time here so I hesitate to write a review but then again you only get one chance at a first impression . The restaurant was clean and reminiscent of a chipotle or Qdoba. I came at an off hour between dinner and supper. That's lunch and dinner for you non southerners. The very nice manager/ maybe owner explained the menu to me. I settled on the signature dish of the chicken burrito. You select fillings as you would at Moes or any of the other fast casual Mexican places. The burrito of course comes with beans and rice with salsa and lettuce. I added jalapeños. I took the burrito home and ate it there. In a nutshell , it was bland. I mean no seasoning bland. It was a full trip to bland land . The rice was flavorless like unseasoned white rice. The beans had no heat or spice. The chicken was just blah. This was the most bland Mexican food I have ever eaten. I'm not sure if the ingredients were supposed to be this way but they were tasteless. Again, my first visit and maybe other items are better, but I'm not sure I will try again. Sorry. read more

One star before I even taste the burrito. My mistake tipping these people in advance when ordering...huge mistake. Simple burrito assembly line and I watched as the "assemblers" took 15 minutes to create our three burritos off of a fixed ingredient menu. One employee whispered "oh shit!" as she messed up a burrito and redid it several times. To add insult to injury, they made all 3 to go and bagged them up as we sat there waiting for our dine-in burritos. You get one shot at customer service. read more

Matt, the owner, is a freaking legend. We were greeted as first timers with a smile and a full introduction to the menu. We had The El Macho, Steak Roadie, and Queso Diablo with chips. Everything was really good! The El Macho was HUGE and had really tasty meats inside. The steak roadie was the perfect size and tasted fresh. The queso was spicy and you can tell it's made with real cheese, not fake stuff. Also the chips it came with were seasoned and delicious. The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. This is a great addition to the Hamilton Mill area. We will definitely be back! read more

I can't understand the excellent reviews on this place. The ordering process is extremely long and not very clear. My food lacked any flavor whatsoever and dousing in salsa didn't help at all. For those looking for something better and fresher than Moes or Barberitos, I highly recommend Diablos right up the road. read more

We were looking forward to trying this place based on their online menu. Got there and expected a Moe's or Chipotle style ordering system and instead were told to order everything at the register (only 1 cashier) then take a seat. The menu board only gives names and the type of meat, we had to reference our phone to see the menu options. The line was long because it takes the cashier a long time to enter each order. I ordered the carnitas bowl #2, and my husband had a steak burrito. Both of our orders were made wrong, I was given chicken (#1) and my husband was given a burrito packed with everything he specifically said he didn't want. The queso was super thick and got cold really quick. Fail. The tea is orange flavored...meh. The best part was the seasoned chips. I was disappointed they didn't have nachos or quesadillas. If the order process were changed to select as you go, we would try this place again. read more
