I didn't come from a home where healthcare was prioritized, and Dr. Vrieland helped change that for me. Dr. Singha did as well. I have never found another practice that provided the level of care, compassion, and respect that I received here. My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.

As my visit was ok, I felt that it took too long in my opinion. My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:50. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the tablet but not all of them as they will tell you that you don't have answer them all. They finally called me back there at 2:45. Took my Xrays, and documented my medications. So this portion took about 30 minutes. Now I had to wait on the main doctor to come see me in the room. That took about 25 to 30 minutes before he arrived. He gave me some little physical tests then I was finally done. I finally walked out of there at 4:00.

I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, got a text to check in, so I went inside. Big mistake. The people next to me said they'd already been waiting an hour. When I asked the front desk why they would text me to come in if they're that far behind, I was told there's still at least an hour wait. So let me get this straight: I'm sick, you tell me to check in, then refuse to let me wait in my car because "patients need to wait inside"? Why? So we can all sit shoulder-to-shoulder, coughing on each other, while you run an hour behind schedule? If every patient is on time and you're just piling us up in a waiting room, you're not running a clinic--you're running a hostage situation. If you're this behind, don't text patients to come in and then not allow us to leave if we want to hold our appointment time??

The visit lasted a total of 30 minutes with less than 10 minutes of time spent with the actual provider. They prescribed me some cream and steroid pills. A couple weeks later I received my bill which was over $400! This was with the practice being covered by insurance and my insurance company covering a portion of the charge. Not only that, but the provider listed was an MD who practices in Atlanta. The codes they used for the visit were also not appropriate for the visit duration and type. I tried to contact them and get the codes changed for the visit, but they kept making excuses for how they could use the codes that they did. I decided it ultimately wasn't worth the hassle, but I will certainly NOT be back!
