When we moved into our home, there was an overabundance of wall plugs and switches. Many of them didn't work. There were 2 switches side-by-side for our chandelier. Austin and his assistant fixed them so they all worked properly. They had the brilliant idea to replace the redundant wall switch with a plug (see photo). I have to start off by saying that the job and costumer service provided was definitely 5 stars, and will be using Austin's Electrical (AE) for any other work needed in my home. The work that was needed done on my house was a full panel upgrade, running underground conduit from the house into the garage, new ceiling fans installed and test and replace outlets as needed. Hit up Google, called them, they said they would come out take a look and provide a free estimate. As a consumer you have to shop around, called several companies, a lot of them, finding out I lived within Riverside city limits, informed me that the permits and inspections could be a hassle and weren't sounding to enthusiastic about it. Some gave me an estimate over the phone,didn't ever bother to come out, and comparing prices I was given over the phone, Austin's seemed to be the correct choice. I decided to go with AE. Best choice I could've made. They took care of the permits, the meter spot check and inspection scheduling. Hassle free. Was without power for maybe about 8-10 hours while they did the panel. I was at work for the majority of the times they worked at home, but I was being updated every step of the way. With me being at work, it was my wife and 3 year old at home, my wife commented how professional they were and how comfortable she felt asking questions that she might have. Gonna give this business 5 stars even though he did not physically come out and assist with our issue. We were experiencing issues with the generator in our trailer. My husband is quite familiar with working on the generator, however, he was ready to throw in the towel. This is when we reached out to Austin. In todays times when things are tough for many people, Austin, could have come out to my home and charged me for a house call and then whatever repairs he would have done BUT, instead he talked to my husband and gave him some advice on what to do to troubleshoot our issue. Well it ended up that my husband was able to fix the problem with the advice Austin gave him. You just don't come across people like this anymore. Austin installed a level 2 charger for us and did a great job. He responded immediately to our request for a quote and was extremely accommodating to our schedule. When the charger didn't arrive on time, he stayed flexible and actually came out at 6:30 at night, in the rain, to do the install so I could charge my car before going to work the next day.
