Please save yourself time and money. Dr. Smith comes off arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He definitely did NOT take the time to discuss the option of having the others removed, the details of the procedure, and what levels of sedation are available. The way it was discussed was not thorough. After the visit I did look elsewhere, but because of timing I came back. Make sure you do not come back. Look elsewhere. The staff does not know how to schedule your appointment. Be careful. Theresa tries to get you in but the timing is off, the entire office is off and the experience will leave you in aww in the most WORST way! They do not check in with you to see how you are--- so don't expect a call back. Possibly the most rudest form of respect in the lowest way possible. If you plan on doing ANY sedation look elsewhere. Do not do it or you will regret it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The procedure went well, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during and Mark and his team were professional and courteous. If you need dental work done, head here, you will be in good hands. Edit: It is now one week since the surgery. Marc used a local time released anesthetic on the extraction site and told me around day 3 there would be some pain. Day 1-3 there was almost no pain, on day 4 and 5 my jaw was a little tight but still very little pain, the surgery is now healed as far as I can tell and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want an pain free extraction experience Marc is the guy to see!

I was glad when Dr. Smith suggested we wait a few more years so get my daughter's wisdom teeth removed. We were happy to recommend Dr. Smith to my daughter's bestie. She recently had her wisdom teeth removed by him and it all went flawlessly. Her recovery was quick and she returned to her activities quickly. It is always delightful to be so confident in someone that you do not mind recommending them to friends.

Bright Smiles did not do the original work, but quickly stepped in to help me out. They are great with last minute appointments and work with you and your schedule. The next time I have a cleaning I will for sure request she do it. I have to finish up getting my dental implants and Bright Smiles has already provided me with several quotes along with payment options. I will for sure be getting this done here once I am ready to go. Definitely recommended for nervous patients. My fiance is super anxious about dentists and has come here twice already.

I spoke with someone named "Keith" who sounded like he either worked for a call center or this was his first call. I explained the urgency and was first offered an appointment 6 weeks out. When I questioned that and offered that we could really go to any location, he was only able to bring that forward by 4 weeks to mid- June. Maybe I got the wrong agent, but it would seem most practices are more accommodating of urgent care scenarios. As it stands, I'm unlikely to use this practice for any of my needs simply because apathy at the front desk usually has deeper roots.

I am not a fan on the franchise dental practices that are all over town. Dr. Gaddi's office is a perfect fit for me. The office is as clean as I have ever seen. They have all the latest toy and tools of dentistry. Just for the record dental work is not cheap nor would you want it to be. These ladies do a great job at a fair price. The hygienist I regularly see is exceptional - thorough, gentle, and always friendly. The office staff are also incredibly nice and make each visit pleasant. However, I recently had an experience that I feel compelled to share. During a family member's appointment, my son was charged on his personal credit card for a service that was for me. The office told him, "your parents will reimburse you." I find this practice very unethical. It is not appropriate to charge someone else's card for a service that was not for them without prior consent. Additionally, I was not contacted regarding my bill, which is concerning. The dollar amount was not the issue, I was fine with whatever cost structure was put in place. I believe it is important for patients to have control over their finances and to know exactly who is being charged for their services. Charging my son's personal credit card crosses a line and is something that needs to be addressed within the practice. I hope the management will review their billing practices to prevent this from happening to others. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of dental care provided and hope to see improvements in their administrative procedures. Due this most recent business practice I will be seeking care elsewhere.
