We were considering using Premier Nationwide Lending or Bank of America (where we had severals loans in the past in Washington State). We decided on Premier because Ginger was so nice, and knowledgeable about the area. It was the right choice for sure. She helped us through what turned out to be a very difficult loan transaction. We were selling a home and duplex in Seattle, coordinating timing of those ever moving closure dates, with the closing of our new home in Temple TX. Changes, more changes, and yet more changes. She always had a solution! She even had suggestions to help with some issues the Seattle lenders of those buyers were having! I'm not kidding, she is the best!!! You won't be sorry if you choose to work with Ginger Carnright.

However, Maggie didn't settle for that. She is so persistent to find a solution to our scenario. I was amazed at the amount of time she spent on our case and the attention of detail from her part. She walked us through every step of the process and shared with us so many valuable information on this transaction. Maggie went above and beyond to help us, and we're so grateful for her expertise. With numbers aside though, I have received by far the best customer service from Todd. He is courteous, very responsive (seriously, I've called the guy at 10pm), and most importantly, he didn't give me the run around like some of the other lenders. Long story short, Emily Franke of SWBC Mortgage royally screwed me over. Just wait for that review- OH, it's comin'. I was lucky enough to have a good real estate broker who put me in contact with Todd after this all happened. While others rushed me off the phone, ignored crucial information, and/or confused me even more, my first phone call with Todd was a whole hour long. He took the time (on a Saturday!) to review every single detail and explain everything that I needed to know. I was extremely pressed for time, and Todd spent the day on Sunday doing about a week's worth of work in order for me to get the house that I wanted. Since then, he has been constantly in touch to update me on the status of...well...everything (by "everything" I mean the million things needed to come together to close on a house). He even went above and beyond to find me a hazard insurance policy that was $300 less than anything else I was quoted (yes, with the same amount of coverage)! I mean, c'mon, you can't tell me that your lender has ever done that for you. I'm ecstatic. Wait, that wasn't convincing enough. I'M ECSTATIC. SO FLIPPIN' ECSTATIC. I'm moving into the perfect house, and I can confidently say that this would not be happening if it wasn't for Todd Turlington.

Our Austin lease was up, and there was no way I could stay in the house that we were renting, with that landlord, for another month! We were going to move out, rent an apartment, and then move again when we purchased a home in December. I am so grateful that I ran into Doug's website while researching another type of loan. To make the long story short, Doug made it happen, with a rate that was less than 4%, and we were able to move into our new home a day before our lease was up! Doug made what I thought was impossible happen, and we are now currently preparing for our first holiday in our new beautiful home.
