Great place to watch sports! Lots of TVs. Service is good, but be patient on a busy game weekend. I loved the mini table speaker they provided so we could listen to our game while another larger group's game played on the overall speakers. Lots of options for food, 7/10 for bar food. Great place to watch sports. The food is decent and there is a lot of additional seating outside. The servers can be stretched thin when it's a packed house and you may have to flag them down so you should expect to be patient or would be wise to get everything ordered in one shot if/when possible. And don't wait until your beverage is almost done to think to get another one. Their wings and pretzels are good options for game day and if you don't really want a "meal" per se. Would definitely come back to watch games here, especially since it's a good spot for groups to hang out. read more

Great place to watch sports with your friends but just come with no expectations for the food here. My husband and I have come a few times with friends and food has always been mediocre. However the price for the food is pretty affordable but I guess that's why it's mediocre food. You do not wanna come here for food if the place is PACKED. Service is a little bit slow when it's busy but you can't really blame them. One time we came during a playoff game and it was so packed that they misplaced my husband CC. Very disappointing experience. I've been to this establishment many times and have never experienced anything like this. We stopped in for a quick drink and some food, but before we even had the chance to settle in, things immediately became chaotic with security. The moment we walked in, my brother-in-law was treated differently, and it was very clear it was based on his race. This happened without any cause--we had literally just entered the building. What makes this even more upsetting is that he works protecting this city and knows the law very well, yet none of that mattered. No one should be treated this way, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy time with family. If this is how random customers are treated at the door, I can't imagine how other situations are handled inside. This used to be one of my favorite places to go for karaoke, drinks, and a quick bite, but that has now been completely ruined. Stopped in here on a whim for snacks and some beers for lunch. Stayed until waaaay past our bedtime which means, this is a great bar. Server was excellent. Plenty of beer choices. Menu was stacked. Ton of TVs. Will be back if I'm in the area. read more

We've been coming for karaoke for years, and the last few months have been straight up terrible. Last night guaranteed we won't be going back again. Started off strong by never having a server come by our table, despite sitting next to the POS and seeing several walking around. DJ for karaoke is never the same guy consistently anymore. Used to love the guy Chase who worked there for years. Last night's guy allowed some random drunk asshole to steal a mic while my boyfriend was singing and ruined his time up there. It's absolute chaos. The disgustingly strong drinks and mid bar food aren't enough to keep us coming back after last night, unfortunately. read more

Had our FB draft today, been doing it here for 12 years or so. One of our league members is a regular here, so it's nice to always have a good spot to draft. The food is always good, but the service today wasn't quite as good. After we got our food, didn't see the server again. Had to track him down to even pay our bill. Arrived with no blue cheese crumbles and although thick and juicy the meat was Absolutely Flavorless. No seasoning At All. Service-Other thank taking my initial order I never saw the waiter again. Not to check on me for Anything and I came alone and waiters should understand that single party guests usually tend to tip a lot more. I guess this waiter doesn't care. Ambiance is a 5 star as they had a whole side of the restaurant set for Steeler Fans. I will be back but only for Steeler games. If I had even decent service where I didn't have to go to The bar to retrieve my own drinks and blue cheese crumble I would come back during the week and give something else food wise a chance. My wife was told over the phone that tables were first come first serve. She arrived 45 minutes early to wait, just to get inside and get told "By the way ALL the tables are RESERVED." Fun night watching a Stars playoff win at Austin Avenue. First time here since the grand rebuild several years ago. This place is huge and has lots of TVs in every direction. Drinks are priced well, and service was frequent and prompt. My daughter even enjoyed some Saturday night karaoke. Peanut butter pie was just fair, but my daughter liked it. I usually come to this place very often without any problems. What started off as a great night, end bad at the end of the night. We started off at the patio outside and it was great. Server knew who I was so it was a friendly experience. But then we went inside and then it turned ugly within a matter of minutes. We waited over 20 minutes to get served and nobody came to our table to even check on us or ask us if we was ok. Then, we was told we can't go live because Austin Ave is privately owned but yet we see other races doing it without even being said about anything. Racial profiling at its best and tonight will be the last time I come here!! I'm glad that I was with an attorney to tell me about what's right and wrong. This is absolute bullshit at its finest!! Passed by and randomly decided to take a chance. Waitress was friendly but in a hurry. Never let us finish a sentence. It was a large area that was clean and had lots of tv's. Not crowded at the time we were there which was around 2. Nice selection of drinks and menu items. Wings were a little overcooked but still juicy. CFS was ok. Pretty sure it was frozen out of a box. The highlight was the cheesecake. Didn't get a picture of it but would go back to get it. Best I have ever had. Overall not bad. Also nice outdoor patio area. read more

I watched the Mavericks game yesterday here and it has a great atmosphere for sports and good food. I had their marinated chicken sandwich which was very good, and finished off with their apple tart dessert which was delicious (adding a scoop of vanilla is vital)! The servers are very cool, very nice, but the outside area doesn't get the service that it needs. I don't know if they were short yesterday or if that's a typical thing on their patio. Regardless I will go back again because I wave to try a couple other things off the menu and play some pool, overall a fun place to go! read more

I've been going here every Thursday after work for several months. Today was the first time I left because I was not asked what I wanted from the menu. I did get a beer because I was sitting in front of the beer taps so the bar tender couldn't miss me. He got me a beer and a menu. That was in the first 5 minutes and no one ever came back to take my order after that. I sat there for another 30 minutes watching various bar tenders passing me by without even a glance in my direction despite the menu sitting in front of me. There were only 6 people at this front bar but 4 of the people had bar tenders that hardly moved from their spot by these 4. Disappointed you bet because I like the food and atmosphere. read more

It's pretty clear why this place has bad reviews overall despite the fact that the place itself is actually pretty decent, drinks are reasonable etc. The reason is that some (not all) of the staff is INCREDIBLY rude. Like weirdly confrontational for no reason. It's just odd. Waitress was totally nice. But one random bartender (who came to our table, we did not ask him) ruined our evening and we will never be back. We didn't hold it against the waitress, tipped her well as we always do. But clearly the management of this place does not hold its employees to account as evidenced by numerous other reviews of rude service. read more

The "DJ" seems to show favoritism, if you put in your name and song AND a $20 or more tip don't count on getting your turn again, although several of the people got to go 2 or 3 times.
